Container is in terrific shape and I'm very pleased with it.

The ease and non-pressure of ordering of the container. The timely delivery and set up. When I need another container I will use Container One again!

I have no complaints and they deliver guy was great he helped me block it up a he put it right where I WANTED IT HE REALLY WAS GREAT

My container has not been delivered yet. It was paid for on August 19th, 2026. I have spoken to dispatcher Dave Davis over 10 times since September 5th. He has responded every time by saying that it will be delivered within a week. I have a contractor arriving Wednesday, October 14th that I now have to reschedule and lose a deposit on a container roof project. The container must be placed before the contractor can begin working. I had planned on ordering more units but don't feel confident in your company.

Jill Olson, customer service, that was the problem. The day it was delivered, the delivery driver could not get that handle to close. The inner door handle on the left door was twisted and bent. I told her again and again. sent pictures. Told her to send a new handle and I will put on. Its less than $50 online.
Nope, her final answer was "I have 3 other handles that work and the doors close". Poor customer service.

When the container was ordered I specified the doors must be facing the rear of the trailer. They were NOT. I looked on the bill of loading and it was specified on the bill.
The trailer was not working correctly, I had to get a battery pack to run the hydraulics on the trailer. Then the container got stuck on the trailer and that turned into another ordeal.
I spent three and a half hours screwing around to get the container off the trailer and when it was off the trailer it WAS NOT IN PLACE, IT WAS SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PARKING LOT! I had to make other arrangements to get equipment to move it into place. At additional cost to me.

The excitement of getting my container and in very good shape. Container One stayed in contact throughout the process and the delivery driver worked with me to get it into the space I wanted it in. All contacts were very professional, thanks.

The container is great but the communication with me was not. The driver somehow didn’t have my phone number. Dave the person who was supposed to coordinate with the driver told me that someone would call after I had contacted him midway through the delivery day. I had no idea if the container was coming and no one contacted me until I finally talked to Chris. He contacted Dave who then contacted the the driver who then finally around 3pm contacted me. I’d basically given up hope until Chris got involved. The driver seemed like a nice guy but he tried to unload the container where I’d wanted it put but missed the spot by over 10 feet. I’m having to pay a contractor to come and lift and move the container now. I don’t think anyone was incompetent but the breakdown in communication with me was very frustrating since I’d traveled to the delivery location and was there much of the day waiting.

My experience with Container One was a very good one. Their customer service was very knowledgeable about their containers. The total purchase price which included shipping cost, etc., were upfront and understandable. The photo of the container I purchased was as described and pictured on their website home page. Delivery driver communicated estimated time of arrival and kept in close contact once the container was loaded and on its way. Out of the three container companies I contacted, Container One was the best choice.

Excellent service. This is a legit and trustworthy company to purchase a shipping container. There was a discrepancy with the delivery, and chris handled it perfectly. He kept me informed. That same day he had a driver lined up and my container arrived. The driver was very proactive on making sure the placement fit my needs.he went above and beyond. I would recommend this company

The y put it right where I wanted it. The sales went smooth.I hope to get the same people when my need comes around next summer as i may need 2 then I guess you don,t have any thats damaged on one side? Thanks John

I purchased 2 containers at the end of August. I received the first one September 24. It has a major dent in the middle of the roof, which is collecting water (and I am sure will soon rust and leak). I asked for the checklist (always completed before receiving the last 6 containers) and was told they don't have one anymore. I still haven't received the 2nd container. Haven't heard from anyone. It was supposed to be a 7-day lag time before delivery.

I’m happy with the container

Although the container arrived 1 day late due to a couple of bad tires on the truck, the drivers communication was good. The container is top rate; appears brand new with near perfect condition! Very satisfied.

Communication was very good. Once delivery was set up, it happened without a hitch. Container was exactly as described and is in great condition.

Delivery (Aaron) was very good. Almost 4 weeks for delivery though.

For starters, I would be nice if they sent you options to choose from. Yes i know its used yada yada. The container i received this time versus last year was totally different. Very rough and not as pleased as i was the first time. Then we get to the purchase part. Your money is gone so fast no worries. This particular time I was told how about tomorrow. Only 5 or so days out from purchase date. Time goes by, driver can't make it. Calls back the next day to reschedule for the next day. Sure, make the arrangments, time goes by and another phone call. Paperwork won't right. Got that straight and week goes by and reschedule for next day. The driver calls to reschedule because dispatch didn't want to. It finally showed up late that evening. I only went with this company because I was very pleased with my last purchase. The driver was great and put it exactly where I wanted it. If I decide to buy another it will possibly be through another supplier. To many middle man in the process.
