Lucy couldn't help when I asked the 1st but told me she would contact me in time with more help, I didn't expect anything but she has come through for me, so it's a 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you.

Lucy Clarke handled my application she was wonderful very competent knowledgeable and helpful. Lucy made the whole process very easy for me to understand she kept me in the loop throughout I am very grateful for her help and guidance thank you Lucy.

Shelley has been very personable and great at keeping me informed throughout the long application process in presentation to the council authority. She has been very efficient at sending and dealing with all the necessary documents.

So far the progress has been swift and efficient. My coordinator Ray Reynolds has been very helpful.

Very efficient service with Yasmin … just waiting now on date with assessors to determine what upgrades are needed at my home … excellent service so far

I really didnt believe this would be free but applied anyway as last winter was freezing in this house. I was accepted and was told it would take up to six weeks for the assessment. The following week an assessor came round!! Was told it would take six weeks for the installation. About three days later, the engineers were booked in for the next day!! I now have a brand new shiney boiler and IT WORKS! They installed a top of range boiler, SMART valves that turn off if you are not in the room and a new thermostat I can manage from my phone. I was hoping for the boiler but didnt expect the rest. What a bonus! I am actually not dreading winter now! Its been a pleasure liaising with everyone involved in the process and the engineers were charming and very tidy, cleaning up any mess they made. I really cannot thank you all enough. What a relief!

Robin was great. Thought it was a scam at first so ignored it for months, as had loads of calls and texts from other eco companies which i had to block in the end, but Robin sent me a link to research the company. Everything went smoothly and quickly once i submitted all the documents needed. Ecogee Ltd did the work. Just had the vents put on the windows, and the loft insulated. All done quickly, and they cleaned up and took away all waste. Offered them a brew, but they declined, and just got on with the job. Upto now very pleased.

Still early days yet but so far helpful and friendly . Yasmin ( Jones ) has been easy to deal with and clear with information . She has been prompt as well . I would rate 5 but a little early for that yet , if it continues this way I will do so

Big thank you to consumer rights and Aled Robert’s Energy funding advisor who gave excellent customer service from day 1 he was very informative and helpful keeping me updated all the way, and more importantly he gave me reassurance.
Thanks to consumer rights I now have lift insulation and fans in my bathroom and kitchen, along with vents in my windows. Also the company they recommended ARPG were great.

I received a letter through the post from Consumer Rights about the scheme and what upgrades my property may be eligible for. A very helpful Ronan answered my call and explained everything very well to me, Ronan even waited patiently on the line while I searched for a document. The process went smoothly and Ronan submitted my application straight after the call.
