I needed to speak to them before my appointment but they said I needed to book and pay for another appointment. After reading the reviews I decided not to go ahead with any treatment and of course they refuse to refund even though the appointment is 2 months away. They are so expensive its not worth the risk and I just dont like their attitude or trust that the photos on instagram are real

This is my 5th visit to see Dr Caiomhe and she never fails to impress me. She really takes time to speak through each treatment you are hoping to get in detail during the consultation and ensures you are proceeding with complete confidence. She offers her expert opinions which were invaluable at helping me achieve my goals, whilst managing my expectations. She doesn’t ever try to recommend anything you don’t need, you can really tell she has her patients best interests. Not only that but she is super friendly and personable which adds so much to the experience. I would never trust anyone with my face the way that I trust her. Please never lose Dr Caiomhe she truly is the best!!! FYI she works in Harley Street and also holds the Belfast clinics (I get treated here)

I have been going to see Dr. Caoimhe for some time now and she is so amazing ! She always makes me feel at ease and provides a lot of information regarding treatments and I have never been in any pain ! She is a lovely practitioner and very knowledgeable! I trust her clinical judgment and it is worth every penny !

Been to The Consultant Clinic several times and have always had a positive experience. Recommend to everyone and will continue to do so. Dr Helen and Dr Kate are lovely, make you feel super comfortable and perfectionists!

Always incredibly friendly and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else having been here. The results are second to non. Highly recommend.

Doctor paul was extremely welcoming because he took the time to get to know me and have a laugh. He made me feel very confident with the amazing results he produced and although the consultation and treatment only took 30 minutes. I had forgotten it was an appointment and felt like we had been friends catching up! Which was a plus because it set the tone for the rest of my day putting me in a good mood

I highly recommend this doctor if you are a perfectionist as he takes his time and produces amazing results.

I've frequented the Consultant Clinic (Leeds) for years now. I came across them when I followed my consultant Dr O'Hare there, with whom I have been having work done with for many more years before that.

I always feel safe in the hands of Dr O'Hare getting my fillers/botox. Having visited other clinics prior to finding him, I find the work he does above and beyond anywhere else, much more well placed and natural looking and he always explains what he is doing as he goes along. I have always been more than happy with his work, which you can tell he takes pride in — There is no-one else I would trust with my face now!

Also, I have always found the Consultant Clinic to be very professional, everything from the booking to the appointment flows, and everyone that I have come across there from the admin to the receptionists have always been lovely.

Awful fraudulent company and owner is the worst type of person in the world. I don’t know how she sleeps at night. This company photoshop their Instagram photos and are abusive to staff and patients. No wonder most doctors don’t last there 5 minutes. I feel sorry for any doctors that work there now after hearing about how staff are underpaid and treated so badly having the owner of the clinic sending them abusive messages at 2am.

After following the consultant clinic on instagram for many years, I really did think I was going to get treated by experts. I wish I read the reviews online before going ahead!! Have spent over £1200 on having previous filler dissolved with them and then 2 seperate sittings of 1ml lip filler. This was done via cannula and the filler is predominantly sitting in the middle of my top lip with a huge dip in one corner! I expressed my concerns and was told to wait TWO MONTHS! I got in contact after this period with the same issues and received very blunt and rude responses. They then requested pictures of my lips but had told me way before booking in that they cannot assess pictures remotely?!! I was then given an appointment after having to be quite stern and was told to massage my lip where the dip is which hasn’t made the ounce of difference. Dr Gareth then had the audacity to tell me that no lips will ever be perfect even though this is exactly what they promote on their social media platform! Perfect lips?! Not to mention my lips looked nothing like that prior to these guys touching them. Wouldn’t return if you paid me and have had my lips corrected elsewhere now by a reputable medical professional! All the pictures online are photoshopped including the pictures of the owner and the female doctors (despite this clinic advocating natural aesthetics and slating others for photo editing). Ffyona also claims that all the practitioners are of the highest rank in medicine “consultants”. This is untrue - Dr Gareth who botched my lips is a GP! Absolute frauds.

I had lip filler done and the doctor insisted on using a cannula to do it instead of a needle .. I thought fine - less needle use = less pain. The result was the filler just all being deposited right into the middle of my top lip leaving a horrible lump that hangs down over my teeth when I smile. No aftercare, poor customer service and I’ve been left feeling very embarrassed and botched

Avoid avoid avoid!

As a patient of this clinic last year, I can confirm that my photos were 100% shopped to use on Instagram. Now had all of the filler dissolved as it was lumpy, uneven and looked pretty horrific.
Their aftercare is non existent- god forbid you want to see anyone post paying thousands of pounds. Do not be fooled by what you see on Instagram- it is not real!

I came to the consultant clinic for a non-surgical rhino, a friend had also been for her lips and nose too and had a great experience. I saw Dr Jas who was lovely - very gentle, calming and patient. Dr Jas understood exactly what I wanted to achieve with my treatment and delivered exactly that. I couldn't be happier with the result. My only gripe to not give a 5* is down to the top-up policy. A top-up must be done within 3 weeks; my swelling only properly subsided after 1 week and Dr Jas also asked me to wait 1 week before making any decisions on a top-up (advice I appreciated) however, there were then limited appointments available in the remaining 2-week timeframe and none available with Dr Jas. This meant to had to make a hasty decision and ended up booking an appointment (with a different doctor) just to ensure I had didn't miss out on the top-up. On the day it was agreed I didn't actually need the top-up within about 2 minutes of being in the treatment room, but had still paid my fee. I understand and appriciate the strict no-refund policy but I was in and out in all of 5 minutes and still cost me £60. If I had been given either more time to consider if I actually needed my top-up or if more appointments were available I may not have gone and therefore wouldn't have spent the £60. The people and the doctors i can't fault but hopefully this is useful feedback - maybe top-up fee's could be £30 and if you actually have the top-up you pay the extra £30, or maybe you send photos/video to your doctor before booking to see if they advise the top-up - just thinking of other ways that 1. save people taking appointment slots unnecessarily and 2. save patients some money when times are quite hard right now. Dr Yusra, for example, is around a similar price but top-ups are included in the treatment price. Just something for other people and the clinic to bear in mind but overall pleased with the result and the peace of mind you get visiting a clinic with so much expertise.

Terrible!!! Work doesn’t match the social media and they refuse to review it for at least a month. If you write an unfavorable comment on their insta they delete it and block you. It’s all for show and not quality .. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND LOOKS ON THEM

Dr Caoimhe is amazing! She takes the time to understand you as a person not just your face. She is a true professional and puts clients at ease. I would only go to Dr Caoimhe for future work. Thank you!

In my opinion this is the most professional clinic in the market. Those negative reviews are pathetic and absolutely fake! It seems as some people have a personal vendetta. I have been following the CC on IG for around 2 years and have found their work exquisite. I like a natural look and that’s where the CC doctors are experts in. They are definitely pricey but you get what you pay for. I was tired of migrated and overfilled lips so I booked an appointment with Dr James in Dubai. He is very kind and gentle. I had my first appointment in November where my old filler got dissolved and I am looking forward to my next appointment this month when I will be getting my 100% natural looking CC lips. Expensive but worth it.

I have seen Dr Caoimhe twice now in the London clinic, the first time for Botox and today for Botox and fillers. She is always so friendly and so professional. She gives honest opinions and explains everything so thoroughly. Love to go here wouldn’t trust anywhere else! Looks so natural and so happy with the results. Xx

I had a consultation booked 02:12:22 and after being advised by a friend to read the reviews that morning about the Liverpool clinic, I was completely thrown as they were vicious and insulting and some in very hysterical capitals !!!
I decided I would still and see for myself as I had been planning having fillers in my lips for two years and after careful research this was the best place possible.
How absolutely thrilled am I that I decided to trust myself 👏 my consultant Helen was absolutely wonderful, friendly, very professional ( I wanted her as my new best friend 😂) and completely understood what I wanted with no hard sell and I am so happy with my new younger / fresher looking lips and they do not look like a baboons bottom just slightly fuller again (one son hasn’t even noticed as I always wear lipstick ) I’ve had nothing but compliments and it certainly has boosted my confidence. I know they are more expensive than most places but this is your face and you should take no chances and I will most certainly be returning to have them done again in the future.
I can only surmise that the malicious lies that are written about this Liverpool clinic are a calculated effort to destroy its reputation and you should always go see for yourself and make your own mind up !!

I always go to Dr Caoimhe at The consultant clinic and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I’ve had lip fillers and I absolutely love them, they look so natural and I get so many compliments! Dr Caoimhe is always so professional from start to finish, during my consultation Caoimhe always makes sure I am comfortable every time I visit the clinic. I absolutely felt safe in their hands and 100% would recommend!

Dr Caoimhe Doherty was amazing from start to finish - from the initial consultation, she was very informative and reassuring, and remained so throughout the treatment. I was nervous of having needles put in my face (never had anything done previously) but she made me feel at ease and answered all my questions and queries. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, the effect it will have, when I should notice a difference and so on. She gave great advice on aftercare and the results I got were better than I expected. I am actually looking forward to going back for my top up in a few months, and can safely say I will go to her and only her for all future cosmetic treatments.
