The EMEA sales director, who reminds me of a rogue taxi driver, trying to overcharge me, when he was trying to offer me a ride from Delhi airport to the city, is a two faced conman. First they agree to everything you say, even in writing, just to get you to sign the contract. But then….you’re in for a nasty surprise, as the gloves wear off very quickly and that’s when they starts asking very personal questions, bank statements and even confidential contracts of your previous employments. Yes, very dodgy indeed. You are left with no choice, then to get out, while you can and hope, that your personal data doesn’t get lost or stolen on the East European digital black market.

I got made redundant and there were waves of redundancies throughout the years. The management did not focus on real problems. Low wages and no pay reviews.

Ridiculous company.
The company is so poor to work for and I am so relieved that I have left the business. No recognition for the work, time and effort people put into their work. The only feedback you received is if it was bad/judgmental. And not only this I can keep going on and on but the point I was Initially raising today is a major major Gdpr breach, since the lock down has been in place people who still work for conduent who are now instructed to work from home have committed major Gdpr breaches which I'm sure Google will not be at all happy with seeing as conduent are Google customer services. There is one individual in particular who works within one of the foreign language speaking teams at conduent based in Poole, Dorset. This individual has shared customers data while working from home and I have seen this first hand. I can list an arms length of Gdpr breaches this individual has committed. I am now debating whether I should pass my findings on to Google them selves as I'm convinced conduent will not act accordingly.
