Our NHS Trust has been using Concept Management for over 10 years. Always easy to arrange collections, reliable, friendly and approachable staff. Never experienced any issues. The whole service is excellent.

Consistently great service
We have utilised Concept for WEEE collections at our NHS Trust for a number of years now. Great team and consistently great service.
They've always been prompt, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with in both coordinating site visits and in our interactions in person.
Would definitely recommend their services!

Great service again from the team at concept, arrived when they said they would, prompt load of the WEEE, and driver was brilliant (Wayne) - I have used concept for the last 10 years, and recently brought them to my new company.
