Complete Timber Window Solutions  Recenzje

CTWS restored and repaired a crumbling Victorian sash window for me - their communication throughout was really thorough - and even though I wasn’t there for much of the work I felt confident in trusting their judgement and knowledge. I’d recommend them to anyone and will be coming back for future work imminently.

CTWS from start to finish are very professional and customer service oriented. Excellent communication and coordination throughout. Keith ably supported by Val (sp?) implemented window replacement and repairs to a high standard including Val’s repair of a door threshold. Keith’s excellent communication skills and focus on ensuring the work was done to our satisfaction is to be commended. Stuart’s care and attention to what was needed and ensuring that the process from quote to finish went smoothly while the weather conditions challenged the overall schedule. Without hesitation and reservation I can recommend CTWS.

We spent some time searching for a company to restore the original windows in our Georgian house and are so pleased we found CTWS. The team worked so carefully and with such skill to preserve and refurbish our wooden sash windows, including adding invisible double glazing that has made a big difference to the warmth of the house. The windows look wonderful now. Great customer service too. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful service! So pleased that CTWS came out to fix my sash windows. Really friendly and they do a super job! Would highly recommend. We will be using CTWS for all of our window refurbishments from now on.

I have been using CTWS to refurb all our wooden windows in phases over the last year or so. They have been great. Attention to detail, restore old windows very sympathetically and have retrofitted slim line double glazing and draft proofing where possible and so now we have beautiful old windows to more modern standards. Would definitely recommend.

From the first visit to examine and quote I felt strong confidence in Complete Timber Windows. This was confirmed by the excellent standard of work carried out in a timely manner by very pleasant staff.

Dave, Louis, and Karlos did an exceptional job repairing the wooden structure and replacing glass in our conservatory. From start to finish, the experience was exemplary. What really stood out was how mindful the team were of my mother's dementia, showing genuine care and respect while working in our home.

Communication was excellent throughout - Stuart, our first and only contact at the company, was incredibly responsive and customer-focused, providing complete clarity on timelines, costs, and what to expect. He always responded as soon as he possibly could.

The quality of work was superb. The work was clearly undertaken by true craftsmen who take immense pride in what they do. The conservatory now looks almost like new - the attention to detail in the repairs was exceptional.

Their professionalism was outstanding. They were punctual, kept everything clean, and treated our home with respect. When I pointed out something small they'd missed as they were finishing up, they immediately rectified it without hesitation or complaint. They even returned within two working days to replace a final element they didn't have materials for at that moment - no fuss, just excellent service.

Given the exceptional quality of the workmanship, they offer excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I wanted to retain my wooden sash windows and have double glazing fitted. Stuart answered all my questions honestly and clearly. On reading his very detailed quote I knew this was a company who would deliver. Keith who completed this work must be commended for his skill in ensuring I have the windows I wanted. My thanks to all involved.

CTWS has been fantastic! We had a very large project on hand. CTWS handled the repair of all windows, doors, fascia’s, soffits, gutterings, thresholds, plinths and downpipes. Stuart, Dave and Max have been exceptional. Communication was brilliant. Project was completed on time and budget. Couldn’t fault them. Would highly recommend CTWS. I really do wish them all the best.

All of our timber framed windows and doors needed repairing, stripping back and returned to their original state. We spoke to Stuart on the phone and discussed our requirements. Dave came out to assess what was required and discussed options with us. He did a test window so we could see how it looked. Dave was very professional, polite and kept us informed throughout. We then agreed a rough weather dependant date for the project with Stuart, who kept us apprised of delays due to rain etc. Karlos and Louis were the team carrying out the work and were friendly, unbelievably hard working, tidy and kept us updated on how the work was progressing and discussed any options when required. We are very happy with the repairs and finished appearance of all of the windows and doors. The whole experience with CTWS was first rate from start to finish, we cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them.

Highly competent tradesman did an excellent job. Very happy with the finished product.

We had our original Edwardian sash windows and French doors repaired and fitted with double glazing panes.
Stuart came to assess the situation and quote for the work. He was both friendly and professional.
We were kept up to date with the time frame.
Louis and Alex did a brilliant job. They worked hard and cleared up after each day. They were easy to have around, polite and friendly.
We are very pleased with the look of our windows and by the fact that we could keep our lovely timber Edwardian windows but they are now double glazed and open and shut! Yay! :)

Stuart and the whole team were excellent the window looks amazing and like brand new. Thank you all.

Right from the start, when Stuart came to assess the works to be carried out, CTWS were a pleasure to deal with. Josh and Val were always polite and cleared up after they finished for the day. Very punctual and hard working, Josh explained what was being carried out throughout the works. His knowledge gave me confidence that the job was going to be completed to a high standard and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use CTWS again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

From start to finish CTWS have been fantastic to deal with, their attention to detail is second to none, their workmanship is fantastic, they were polite and courteous throughout the work and ensured to clean up behind themselves too, highly recommend them for any work you need doing. Lovely to see a genuine company who still puts their customers first.

Its refreshing to know that companies like this still exist. What a great bunch of guys that worked on our windows - courteous, polite and tidy. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are fantastic, and our renovation is worth every penny paid. Thank you to Stuart and the team for so much care and attention to making our windows look fantastic, and a lot warmer!

We were blown away by the craftsmanship and care shown by the whole team on our recent project. Everyone that came to work on our house from Complete Timber Window Solutions was polite and professional and someone the company can be proud of. This professionalism not only covered the actual work, but also into little things, like hoovering up at the end of everyday. Stuart, Dave and the whole team were great to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

CTWS did the most fantastic job renovating a rotten frame and installing double glazed panes in my Edwardian curved bedroom window, which no other company were able to do without substantially changing the shape of this beautiful period frame. Stuart was delightful to deal with, got back to me quickly with a quote and managed to squeeze in our job before the cold weather set in which I was so grateful for. The craftmanship is amazing and they were so polite and careful, always tidying up and leaving my bedroom spotless at the end of each day. I'm so happy to have found this company as they have allowed me to maintain the detailing of our beautiful windows, whilst making them secure and warm with double glazed panels that are barely visible.

We had rotten cill on a GF sash window and rotten middle rail on the 1st Flr sash window of our Victorian house. Stuart quoted based on the photos I supplied and Josh carried out the remedial work.
Josh arrived on time and was clearly very knowledgeable and capable. The work was completed very swiftly and both windows are now as good as new.
I cannot rate Josh highly enough - he is a credit to your business.
Would not hesitate in using and recommending CTWS for any window work going forward

Start to finish we had an excellent experience with CTWS. Our conservation area windows were double glazed and draftproofed.
The whole team did a great job. Stuart was excellent. Very clear at explaining all things sash window and providing options. Dave headed up our works team and was very skilled. Everything kept tidy and job completed to a high standard. Many thanks
