Disappointed as had to keep calling to get an update on purchase n when it was getting delivered as delivery company failed to call n give time n date
Broken goods and disgusting reply from so called customer services manager.
First of all I will admit to my error of not checking the products within the 14 day period, but due to the companies mess up of delivery this didn’t happen. I contacted the company when our tradesman opened the boxes to fine that both toilet cistern housings were broken and no cistern or push flushes were present. The company offered me £80 partial refund and would send the cisterns, when I queried this amount as we had spent a lot of money on two lots of bathroom furniture they increased the offer to £100 plus cisterns sent, I was happy with this offer and accepted. I was them emailed to say they wouldn’t honour this offer as I hadn’t checked the items within the required 14 day period. So I sent the below which I’ve had no response to.
if you check back they didn’t even turn up when they were supposed too as a HGV was sent when they were told a HGV wouldn’t fit, so we had plumbers booked for the day after supposed delivery and they couldn’t come back until now, so your company has actually cost us a lot of money, 1) for a incomplete product and broken units, 2) traders wages we had to pay as we couldn’t give them 24 hours notice of not starting, 3) days wages for myself and husband for a no show and then arranging another day. 4) rearranging tradesman which again we’ve had too pay for, only for the product too be broken and incomplete. These products had been loaded and unloaded by the haulage company.
After all that I still didn’t leave a bad review, well I’m sorry if you can’t honour a goodwill gesture after all that, I sure will now.
To add insult, I then receive from the so called customer services manager,
a comment stating enjoy your goods when he knows they are broken as I sent photographic evidence, obviously thinks he’s something, no wonder others have complained about his attitude, just not necessarily.
With regards to your reply, you will note, I actually stated to yourself it wasn’t even about the money in the end. It was the disgusting sarcastic comment made by yourself saying enjoy your product, when you knew it was broken, it was totally unnecessary and totally unprofessional. But having conversed with you it’s more than apparent that you are of character where you think you are above everyone else, even the owners of the company.

Dreadful company...I've given 1star only because there is no facility to give zero stars.... unhelpful staff with poor product knowledge and prepared to avoid their responsibilities. Avoid at all costs.

I can not emphasise enough how terrible this company is!
From the moment i bought a spa bath from them to the point i gave up trying to get help with it the whole process has been awefull. Firstly the shipping time they stated was wrong, then the bath/panel/and pump all arrived damaged, the packaging was ridiculous, a £600 bath stood upright on a pallet with only a tiny amount of shrink wrap to protect it, which it clearly failed to do resulting in every item in the bundle being damaged, after a few phone calls and pictures sent they agreed to send a replacement, which they did but sent the wrong bath panel, and with the same terrible packaging it was a miracle this bath wasn't damaged too.
Finally when i got it installed it leaked and the spa feature although pumping water does not function correctly with no air bubbles.
Clearly an issues with the air valve. Having seeked a professional opinion from a company with 25 years experience working on whirlpool baths they confirmed this yet comparethebathroom have chosen to completely deny this and have washed there hands with the whole issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL BE AT YOUR OWN COST AS IT HAS BEEN FOR ME!!

I personally am not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered a duo toilet basin sink on the 22nd January 2023 and contacted them by email on the 26th January for a delivery date, within 12 hours Catherine replied asking me to call the next day and they would be able to confirm a date and time. The following morning the delivery company called me asking me for a preferred time for my delivery on the 27th January. I chose the afternoon and it duly arrived well packaged, everything in that should be for full fitting and undamaged. So I have no hesitation in providing a 5 star review.

Really poor customer service, I’ve contacted them several times now to send assembly instructions for the duo sink / toilet 2 in 1 unit, and now they’ve got the money, they are just ignoring my messages.

I didn't install the radiator valves I ordered for a few months, and when I came to install them I had been sent the wrong items. Obviously a genuine mistake from the company (proved by the receipt) but they refused to help and shut down my messages each time - despite still selling the items I had been sent in error, so they could have put them back in stock. Very, very poor customer service.

Long delays for delivery despite chasing several times. The basin was too big for the vanity unit. Because we told them more than 30 days after delivery (due to delays with our builder having the shower room ready) they wouldn't replace the item for free or offer a refund. They told me I'd have to pay £35 for the item to be collected. Despite the issue being their fault. No one ever answers the phone on the contact number they supply... don't bother, rubbish company.

I have a leak from a faulty valve on my shower. My plumber has been trying to get the part for a year without success. The first person he dealt with got sacked and he can't seem to get anyone else in the company to do anything about it. Meanwhile, i have a permanent leak and I'm on metered water, so it's costing me money.
Excellent all round service
Excellent service they was a delay in dispatch when I checked. So I contacted them and they were very help full sorted the problem and my RAK toilet was dispatched overnight and received the next morning.

Please please do not buy from this company , the worst I have ever dealt with . I ordered a toilet and sink from them , it came and when I opened it no toilet seat was with it , I got in touch and they said I had to pay for the seat as I hadn’t notified them . Well I did and they still are saying I have to pay for a seat . I brought this toilet in good faith and it is there fault no seat was with it . But they are vile and can see now shy they only have 3 stars . I am surprised they have that many awfull stay clear .

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED... no wonder this Co. Haven't responded to reviews for such a time on here. I bought a bathroom basin and cabinet recently. The 2 doors had a massive gap in between them so I asked for replacement. They said this was normal, their photographs said the opposite. There was no huge gap showing on thesewhich they asked me to adjust it couldn't be adjusted to close the gap, so I asked 4 refund, received 1 label despite 2 items, to return at MY EXPENSE by ROYAL MAIL. Who sends huge heavy parcels by post. They won't refund me unless I pay for the cost of return and I shall be taking it up with PayPal. I will never buy from. Them. Again.
Do not use this company
I wish I looked at reviews before ordering. Stay well away from this company. Do not take responsibility for anything. My bath turned up without the legs/brackets took 10 day to arrive after the bath. What a joke. Had to constantly chase it up. When put in formal complaint I was told they will not take responsibility for it and They think that it is acceptable to wait that long to get the rest of my delivery as they didn’t give me set date for delivery. So when you get confirmation that your delivery will be delivered don’t be supervised if it’s not all there. But that’s not their fault. I would stay away use different company.
