Disappointing Resolution to Stolen Package Delivery
I was initially excited about Common Coffee's product, purchasing my usual 3kg bulk order. Unfortunately, my experience took a frustrating turn due to delivery issues and unsatisfactory customer service.
I had specifically requested careful delivery instructions due to safety concerns, but the Royal Mail delivery person left the package in the lobby against these instructions. Consequently, the package was stolen.
When I reached out to Common Coffee, their response was inadequate:
They only offered 1kg of complementary coffee, leaving me to absorb the loss of 2kg
They insisted the coffee was delivered, despite the clear theft
They have no apparent insurance policy to cover such incidents
The lack of support left me feeling completely unsupported
While I appreciate the partial compensation of 1kg, this does not make up for the significant financial loss and inconvenience. For an expensive premium coffee brand, I expected much better customer service and support in resolving delivery issues.
Potential customers should be aware of the company's limited support in cases of delivery problems. Unfortunately, this experience means I cannot recommend Common Coffee and will not be purchasing from them again.
