Zero phone customer service. I tried to contact a live person (on phone) with no luck at all for 5 days straight. I left messages for a return call 5 days in a row with no returned call.

Great because you honored your 3 yr warranty. Only problem I had was it took me several attempts with you and Walmart to get this resolved.

THANKS FOR SENDING OUR SUN SHADE WE NEEDED IT HERE IN ARIZONA IT`S STILL HOT IN THE AFTERNOON 108 TO 117 DEGREES. THANK YOU.

This company is amazing! Any time we've had a warranty claim they have responded quickly. It is such a hassle free experience! We will recommend Colour Tree for their wonderful products and absolutely outstanding customer service.

Didn't receive my order yet.

It took you 2 weeks to inform me that this item was out of stock and you canceled my order.

I haven't received them . For some reason my shipment was cancelled hallway here according to FedEx. I asked, thinking I would have heard something this morning why it was cancelled.i would love to give 4 Stars if it's warranted but I wouldn't know.

I have had nothing but great interactions and response times to my orders and emails. ColourTree is making a custom sail for a Client of mine that I cannot find anywhere else. I will continue to purchase from ColourTree.

I have been trying to return a shade covering that did not work from me. I submitted a request and you acknowledged you got it and said additional information would be forthcoming to execute the return. To date, nothing has been received.

I don’t write many reviews, but Victor C. at ColourTree earned this one. I originally ordered a standard sail shade that arrived exactly as ordered and was excellent quality, but after seeing it installed, I realized it wasn’t the right fit for my space. ColourTree accepted the return without any hassle, refunded my money promptly, and Victor helped me every step of the way in designing a custom sail shade that was exactly what I needed.

Victor responded incredibly fast to every question I had, kept me updated throughout the process, and had my custom order processed much faster than I expected. The sail shade arrived at my door incredibly quickly, fits perfectly, and the quality exceeded my expectations.

It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied. I love your screen, very strong material, looks great, easy to work with. I became a customer through neighbors recommendations. The only problem with my order is I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size. What is your return policy? Also, what do I need to do next? I look forward to hearing from you.

Products took 2 1/2 weeks to get to North Carolina-longer than expected. They arrived damage with cuts and holes in the shade sails. Three weeks contacting with customer service… having to pay for return shipping; cost me $46.50. 2 1/2 weeks later after no response from the company and multiple emails sent I was told they wouldn’t be resending new shade sails although I opted into receiving new ones sent out.

After calling and speaking to a representative requesting to file a complaint, I was told I couldn’t due to the company being in their peak season and although I opted into receiving the new ones sent, their policy doesn’t allow it and that they wouldn’t.

More than anything, the customer service has been dreadful. Returning a product has never been so difficult, especially knowing it came damaged. I truly can’t get over how poor the customer service has been. The individuals I’ve spoke with have been extremely disrespectful and refusing to provide me guidance on how I can submit a complaint.

I hope if someone within this company reaches post, they truly evaluate who they have in their company. They are setting a bad example for couple tree and I will never do business with you again nor will I recommend you to anyone I know and advise people specifically never to buy from you.

Amazing customer service.

A great high density fence screen for a great price.

The tarp arrived promptly and is just what we were looking for. We attached it to a wooden shadowbox fence to keep neighboring dogs' noses from going through. It seems sturdy and looks appealing!
