Got a call from C&C about 2 minutes after placing the order asking when I would like the goods delivered. Date was earlier than expected and I was kept up to date by phone on a slight delay due to traffic. Excellent communications and product as described. Would recommend and use again. Much more personal than a B&Q or Wickes

First class customer experience
Ordered a 25kg bag of NHL on line to collect in-store. Soon afterwards another branch called and helpfully suggested picking it up at their location as it is an easier journey. I still picked it up in Colchester where the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bag was brought out to the car for me. No complaints whatsoever.

Prompt delivery but not informed it was coming
Whilst the delivery arrived quickly we weren’t told it was coming. Also the salt was put next to our bins & not by the door. It would have been more convenient to have it by the door.
