I reached out to a number of card shops for advice for my husbands 40th birthday. Mike at Collectors Kingdom was the only one to respond.

I've since purchased a number of items from the store over the last few months. Every time, the order is dispatched quickly, packaged extremely well and delivered within the expected time frame.

I bought individual boosters and Korean booster boxes. My husband was completely blown away by his birthday present and has had a number of decent hits from these items.

Would definitely recommend this store. They have been nothing but kind, courteous, diligent and efficient in all my dealings with them.

Thank you again, Mike. Couldn't have achieved my husbands birthday surprise without you and the store.

To anyone reading this following a small minority of negative reviews due to people throwing their toys out their pram;

Unfortunately, Collectors Kingdom fell foul of a genuine un foreseen mistake last night. Whilst updating/making changes to their website, someone accidentally clicked something which resulted in all old stock being uploaded to their website with no purchase limits. An huge influx of orders came in which obviously resulted in cancelled orders.

All I can do is praise the owner for being transparent from the outset, acting quickly to resolve all issues and promptly issuing the required refunds. This was not a scam and only happened due to simple human error.

I stand firm that nobody should be giving this company or its owner a hard time. He acted professionally throughout.

Credit to Collectors Kingdom where it is due. Upstanding owner and I will definitely be placing orders with them in the future. If only every store took the same pride in their business.

Ordered a destined rivals booster box on a hope and a prayer, I believe they had a stocking error caused by a third party. Order cancelled and resolved as quickly as I've ever known a situation like this to be. No money taken and no harm done. Would recommend.

Fantastic communication and quick cancellation and refund from the owner. Sometimes mistakes happen it’s how you deal with them. Will 100% be back when they have fixed the website 10/10

2 orders placed online and then 1 hour and 3 min later both orders cancelled with no reason given. Poor experience...would not reccomend

Finally managed to order some prismatic from somewhere and they cancelled the order and refunded it with no explanation at all

Seemed a quick and easy order from CCN but was told it would be cancelled I was really happy with my order, refund was done within half an hour very impressed look forward to dealing with them again.

Ordered booster boxes with them and whole order was cancelled. No reason was given

Advertised stock, money and order went through, confirmation email sent
