The site is programmed for winning with flushes and for winning on the river. One reason people play unbelievably bad hands is just play money. Almost impossible to win any real money. Bring back to the United States legalized poker for real money. With all the lotto and scratch offs and sports betting why not.

Although their software is lackluster they provide a service at a reasonable fee that you cannot obtain nearly anywhere else they do have a couple of competitors but none represent the WPT poker tour like club WPT does for this reason and for recent customer service interactions and do to their dedication to repeat customers I give the company five stars. Their customer service is polite and will do everything they can to help you as best as possible although they do not have all the answers sometimes they do get their best effort to help and are polite and courteous. After all they advertise $100,000 worth of prizes a month as a VIP member for just $28 a month where else can you play enough tournament to equal a total of $100,000 in a month.

there are so many suck outs on the river with your opponet having the chittiest of cards its damn near impossible to win. if its not that then its split pots 3 and 4 way splits and if you have the winning hand like a nut flush the other guy (some say bots) will get a 4 of a kind save your money folks if you want do the free trial but close the membership 2 days befor cuz the collect there membership fee seconds after your trial ends im coming up on my first month and wont do a second

I have never seen so many bad beats on any site I've played I could have AA and lose on river, always on the river with crappy hands that have no business even being in the hand. 72 OFF SUIT. This sight has to be rigged.

This website need to be band Mike Saxton and everyone else need to be a SHAME OF BEING A CLUBWPT SPOKESPERSON, FOR THIS TRASHY SITE. It just a setup to get your money. Congress need to band this site from operating in the United States I will send a letter to them on this matter.

the worst so call poker site on the web. wpt should be ashamed. i'd give it a zero if possible. with 5 cards on the board 3 are of same suite 17 out of 20 times. should be about 2 of 20. then there's the bots way to many of them. honestly anyone who buys chips on this site should sue because it can't be legal to sell you chips then take them back with robots. AVOID THIS SITE. i have to put a date below but it's everyday.

I can tell you 90% time the dealers hand in 21. Diamond member for a few years. Very few wins.The odds are never close. Rigged for someone. Follow the money.

You are an idiot if you pay real money for this site. It’s rigged and not secure. Your information and money will be used and stolen.

I have tried to cancel my membership for the last 60 days. Not only have I not received a return email the phone number in the support section is inoperative. I have been charged $100 in that time and they changed my membership from monthly to quarterly despite my request to cancel. Please do not get involved with them an save yourself some grief and bank fees.

I've been playing poker for twenty years and have never see anything like this site... The most unbelievable things happen here. If you play here you will soon find out. You too can be the king of second best....

Site is rigged, Stay Away

I've been playing on this site for about 6 months and there is no doubt in my mind that the site is rigged! You can often go all in with a very high ranking hand and a bot or someone will call with 4, J off-suited or something crazy and will end up with trip Jack's or a boat - it's unbelievable!

I've found that you will be allowed to win some hands to give the appearance of legitimacy... And every now and then a few will be allowed to win in order to promote themselves with promotional advertising...

However, for the most part it teaches me not to trust online gambling at all when it comes to cards, dice, etc... Stick to sports if gambling online!

These guys could not be more fake! I have been paying them their membership subscrption fee. I have prizes won and they are refusing to pay them out to me. When I was first registering on their platform, they did not require any documents from me which were showing my address, age etc etc. When the time came for them to pay me out the prizes I have won, they wanted those documents for address, age, country. I intially had to contact their main customer support email letting them know I want to claim my prizes, it took them 4 emails to actually reply back to me with a different email address I had to contact them in order to claim my prizes. I emailed their verify email address but it took 3 emails for a guy in the name Alan to reply to me and request verification documents. I sent the required details right away but today I sent my 5th email after days of chasing them and STILL NOTHING. They are refusing to pay me the money I HAVE WON/EARNED WHICH IS ONLY $60 BUT IT STILL SOMETHING! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THOSE CROOKS.
