Folks need to avoid WPT, period. Rigged algorithm with extremely excessive bad beats. Plus they do not pay out the winnings in a timely manner.

horrible algorithm. i have lost every hand i play to insane bad beats. this website is a complete money scam. i have lost hands where there is more stars in the galaxy than a chance of my opponent winning a hand and it never fails. this is a stupid website.

Funny how this freezes when you get a really good hand. Seems to happen a lot.

Hey everyone. Ive been playing poker for long time. i promise you I am NOT a whiny player and anyone who plays with me LIVE can back this statement up: i really dont get tilted often. bad beats happen. but not at the frequency im experiencing here. The excessive bad beats are real. My advice to all if you is to stay away from this site. I will be from here on out.

Look, I know bad beats happen and online is quicker play so you will see more beats in an interval of time. But 25 years playing online poker I never felt more scammed in my life. I never been in the negative online in my life. I have lost more 1,2,3 out rivers for the biggest hand of live table or tournament more than this site. I can have aa vs ak on 378 board he will call on flop and go runner runner k to take me out before final table. In the last week alone Ive gotten to 12 top 20 finishes losing 10 on the river with the river being 10% or less for chip leader. My final straw was when I have KQ vs KJ off suit with one spade and board comes Q73 with 2 spades. He calls me all in and goes runner runner spade for chip leader with 13 left. You cant run multi table, you have to buy time banks in live play, the time banks sometime glitches out in poker play, you dont get to see certain tournament stats, he keeps track how you are playing through tournament to show people you havent played with if youre tight or aggressive, and people constantly hit the most improbable way. For Clubwpt being one of my favorite tournaments to watch have such a bad platform makes this review that much more of a 1 star to me. I play on 3 other online sites and even though I have taken horrible beats there. It makes more sense with those sites in long run, it’s just the odds of the game. I never write reviews but this site tilted me so much I had too. Dont recommend

I've been playing online and live poker for years. Thought it was going to be cool to have a new website that was legal in America. I was sadly mistaken. By far the worst software I've ever seen. By far the craziest most consistent bad beat run outs I've ever seen. The players are soft but you will lose in small stakes and medium stakes most times with some idiot playing 8-3 off suit and tournemtns due to the idocracy of players. No multi tables. No notes. No emotes or throwables. I also dont think tournemnts are really vauluable due to small payouts. Mainly turbo and hyper tourneys not many normal paced. Also normal paced tourneys only are 7min blinds. (Still a turbo/hyper🤣)Terrible hand history software. Cash game experience is absolute trash. Tournemnt play is okay but feels like a scam. I would not recommend this trash to anybody trying to actually play real poker. This is a bingo scam website. Don't waste your time or money please!! I've grinned 3 months on this website and have literally have been punched in the face by the trash website and the bingo players. I advocate to go play live or just play sit and goes even though they only have one kind of sit and go which is a $5.00 buy In lmaooooo. I get it's early stages of the website but I can't believe how trash they have made poker feel and look.

Complete trash. That's all I can say. I have numerous poker apps and this has got to be the worst. You can literally play 30 hands without winning one. And you'll be lucky if you even get a pair. Don't waste your time. 👎

I have played thousands of realtime hours of poker and I have never been coolered at the rate I have on this site. It’s actually statistically close to impossible. I have been required to submit multiple tax forms to take small amounts of cash out but I’m truly concerned about the the boat over boat, trips over trips and straight over straight regularity. It’s not mathematically possible.

Let's summarize my experience...

Ui: Terrible. Clunky. Glitchy

Table limitations: No waitlist, can't multitable. This website is built for one thing: TO MAXIMIZE THE RAKE THEY TAKE FROM YOU. They have little to no care of your actual experience or the quality of software.

Overall Operations: Extremely poor. Let me share a story with you....

I ran a $5k deposit up to $15k over a couple weeks via MTTs, heads up, and other cash games. Variance hit me, lost that. All good it happens. I emailed ClubWPTGold to request a purchase limit increase. The first CS rep, Teresa, approved my purchase limit increase to $25,000 monthly. When i check my account, i discover Teresa made a mistake and changed my 28-day purchase limit to only $25, not $25,000. I follow-up with them, inform them of the issue, and then have another CS rep, Randy reach out to me. They state that Teresa made a mistake and shouldn't have made that change. He claims this is because of new CS reps... For anyone who has worked in CS, there are processes and SOPs for things like this that are followed to a letter. And if you don't have these processes or SOPs setup as a business, then that should be VERY SCARY for your customer base. If they lack a process for something as simple as this, what else do they lack processes for? What other misinformation or incorrect action may a CS rep take?

Ok Ok, mistakes happen, no problem. Randy then tells me that to have my purchase limit increase request considered i need to submit proof of funds and verify where my money is coming from. I appreciate my privacy so I let Randy know that I won't be doing that and that they can revert my 28 day purchase limit to the original amount, that is standard for all players on the website. Additionally, I let Randy know that Teresa's actions reflect very badly on your operations and quality of customer service. Do i even want to have a large cash balance on a website that doesn't even have customer service reps who have any idea what they're doing?

I clearly struck a cord providing that feedback to Randy. Instead of Randy reverting my purchase limit to the original amount, it's now been changed to a 28 day purchase limit or $4.

Clearly a retaliatory change on my account because I criticized their customer service and operations. It's scary to see a businesses employees, especially those empowered within customer service roles to make drastic and unfounded actions like this.

I recommend you steer clear of this website. While the games might be ok action, the cons far outweigh any of the positives. Go play live poker where you won't get given the run around and actions taken against you for speaking your mind

Ive been playing aa while. Highly contrived poker. The algorithm is garbage. Way too many people win with only 1 out for big pot. its sort of nonsense lol.

their sister site clubwpt gold is even worse. They first froze my account for no reason, then would not honor free plays as advertised and support won't respond a ticket for more than 2 weeks and counting. scam site operates under a legal loophole and refuse to pay out. would probably get banned soon if the regulators do a checkup on them.

I have not paid them any money. I have played 10 free rolls. Best finish about 90 hands before blinded out. One game blinded out after about 40 hands. I did not get one playable hand. I did not fold a crap hand that would have won.
I don't know why F11 (full screen) is disabled.

Anytime I put money in, you always run into the nut every time. Bullshit site, save your money, don't play here.

The site is unrealistic. It’s hard enough in poker to make a pair but here and I played well over two thousand hands. Somehow a flush vs straight or 3 of a kind vs full house for example come out far to often. The amount of unrealistic lost by hands that would have less than a 1% chance to win often win. You don’t see this type of play in real tables. Won’t play on this site again.

Enjoyed the service but when I cancelled they continued to charge and wouldn't return payments/charges and customer support was rude during the process. Would not recommend.

This site is definitely programmed for certain players to win. There should be as lot of complaints. I don’t understand why players keep giving them their money

Site RNG is the worst on the internet. Lawsuit incoming, for sure. Don't waste your money.

Rigged ....rigged...rigged...to many quads over quads full houses over fu houses ...o many ba beats on turns an uvers...runner runner bad beats....it's like 70% of the games bad beats on the turn an river...

ClubWPTGold is Rigged AF.

It immediately goes into culling mode between small and large stacks. Bad beats are so much more common than in reality.

The numbers will prove it and I won't be surprised if they get penalized or be subject to a class-action suit.
