Was taken to the wrong train station

Said it was one price then changed price as soon as I get in cab not impressed.

Reply to message response I was ring over a hour no one pick up

£10 for a 1.7 mile journey????

Driver was prompt, price was fair. I have used them before and will use them again

Payed £268 for a group of us to travel all together to our graduation ball for the taxis to arrive and have not enough seats in the car to take us all there, meaning we had to split up and pay for Ubers to get there separately. While talking to the driver on the way there it seemed he knew nothing to there is clearly no communication between the company it’s self and the drivers, as we had the same taxi booked for the way home at 1am I was then paranoid that we were going to have the same problem on the way home so I called up around 2 hours before our pick up time to double check it had been resolved. But no I was told on the phone that the exact same cars and drivers would he picking us up! Still with not enough seats in the car! I was put on hold for 10 minutes while outside worrying about getting home rather than enjoying my graduation evening to then be told that the phone operator has spoken to the driver and he’s happy to let us all pile in the car with still not enough seats meaning he’d drive the car with too many passengers in the car 15 miles home to our destination. Not happy won’t be using again, complete shame if I could give 0 it would be 0 stars - complete false advertising on the website nice cars advertised but what turns up is a something from a scrap yard.

This was my first time using and will be my last, I would not recommend. Our driver yesterday treated the trip back from the airport like a rally. During wet weather and poor visibility the driver raced down the motorway at 100 mph, drove on 30 miles an hour roads at excess of 60mph, slammed the brakes to avoid hitting a pedestrian while speeding, undercut drivers and then overtook others in the same move on multiple occasions, and to top it all off was late to pick up.

The driver treated all other road users as obstacles and was changing lanes to cut others off continuously just so they could progress a little bit faster, this even included slamming the breaks when approaching traffic lights and accelerating hard on green.

All of this while having 2 young kids in the back of the car. It became so bad that I had to ask the driver to slow down and chill out while driving.

I've used many taxi services for both leisure and work, here and abroad and this was firmly the worst taxi I've ever experienced.

I always use clover cars as they provide an excellent friendly professional service from booking to the drivers. Keep you informed eta of driver arrival with make and registration of the car.

I would recommend Clover Car Services Ltd. My experience of booking a Taxi with them to and from Gatwick Airport was very good. I was kept informed of driver and vehicle. Taxi drivers were very pleasant. A special thanks to the driver who drove me home from Gatwick for his time.

My daughter has transport to and from school. The driver has been amazing. Always on time, always polite. I can’t thank him enough for the last year.
