AVOID! Arrived flattened, stitching coming away and the quality is appalling. Customer service is a joke. Asked me to return them to the US, at my own cost. I’ve opened a case with PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The shoes looked very low quality when they arrived and basically look like an Aldi special aisle product, just not as good.
I asked to return them and they said they would send me a new pair instead, as shipping return was expensive, but I'd have to pay shipping for the new pair. They thenn quoted me £12 to ship the replacement pair, bearing in mind the shoes only cost £19 this was not a good deal!
Be aware, you won't be able to return these shoes and they are not good enough quality to be worth all the hassle/expense.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Slippers didn’t fit, wanted to return them. they apparently don’t do returns unless I pay for the £10 postage fee, so I finally agreed to this, 3 months later of back and forth emails explaining the situation numerous times and the item is now out of stock and still won’t refund me, very blunt and rude emails

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of slippers a month ago and they have still not arrived. The website deceivingly looks like a UK based company but once you order, it transpires they come from China

All the good reviews on Trustpilot are bots (not sure how they were verified by Trustpilot!) So DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I have emailed customer services who said they will track the order but nothing from them since.

Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. Initially placed an order for 2 pairs, one for me and one for my daughter, bought the same size pairs. 2 weeks pass after ordering and still not received. Looked Abit deeper and it transpires they are NOT a UK sight which is what they lead you to believe. Funnily enough the order arrived the day after this time passed. The packaging was only what temu parcels come like. Opening the item there was a foul smell. The slippers (one orange pair, one pink pair) the orange fit far too small, the pink is two different shades of pink and not only that had they split (not even been worn at this point), tried the pink pair on, the material is thin and flimsy. No cloud experience here. Contacted customer services which I have been doing since beginning of Feb and it's constant back and forward emails of the same thing. Telling me it will be too expensive to return the item. Which rang alarm bells with the item not only being faulty but doesn't fit description AND the fact they are telling me it would be too expensive for me to return! Again back and forth emails, today they have finally given me the address (after weeks), and it's in Iowa. But sent from china, but represent themselves as a UK company. False advertisement at its best. Really really disappointed in every aspect of this sale. Also, reading the reviews on here, most people have had similar experiences but on other platforms the reviews left are fantastic with very very little negatives. Would send pictures of proof of appalling item but there's no option.

In response to your reply, that is exactly the same emails I have been getting. No further communication has been received yet. HOWEVER as we stated in emails before about taking the situation further..it transpires you are under a false name too when infact the real company is cloudslides.co.uk you trade under a similar website with but is cloudsslides.co.uk (the extra s). You have been given plenty of time to rectify this and all I was offered was 25% off another pair. No thankyou not when the 2 items already purchased was not fit for purpose nor as described.

Ordered 2 pairs of slippers. They arrived compressed and out of shape. They make a waterproof crinkly mattress noise when you put them on. The quality is so poor they will last weeks before becoming totally squashed and out of shape. Despite ordering my size they are way too small.
Before ordering, read the the ridiculous return conditions as you will want to return these but they make it difficult and doubtful that you'd ever get your refund. A company with no morals providing sub standard goods straight out of China, surprise surprise. Total crap. Live and learn

Shipping took very long, the shoes then arrived and were the wrong size! Way too small!

Reached out to customer service who then ask you to send back to them at your own costs when its their ERROR!

I really wish I’d read the reviews here first. I ordered a pair of slippers, they sent me the wrong size, told me the shipping cost would be very expensive for me so they would send me a new pair and charge me ‘Only £8.99’ for shipping. I’m really annoyed. It’s clearly a scam - have nothing to do with them.

I have “reached out” to the customer services on what I believe to be the 8th email now. I asked for a refund 3 emails ago and I’ve only just been offered a voucher…a VOUCHER. Why would I want a voucher to order something from your site for it to never arrive?

I’ve asked for my money back. I’m still waiting for that.

Absolutely horrible. The parcel took ages to arrive and when it did was the wrong size (incredibly small). Contacted the email they gave and they said I had to pay the shipping for send them back and also pay shipping if I want a new pair. Also they denied me a refound.

£25 for low quality from china although said they are a UK company. Quick delivery to be fair from China

My second review after discovering that it's going to cost me almost more to return the slippers than I paid for them - and no, they do not pay for return postage. Apparently, I would have to return them to somewhere in Iowa... Shocking company. Don't go near them!

Avoid! Can totally vouch all the negative reviews on here - I had ordered then chased after 2 weeks to be told by Dohreen that they were overwhelmed with orders and not to worry, still nothing a few days later on the tracking app, had not left China so emailed them and I wanted a refund - I was told they had to message the shipping department, I said don’t bother, app states not left and I don’t want to have to return and pay - I quoted consumer rights act etc and heard nothing since! Thankfully my bank has refunded me and are taking them on.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are based in Hong Kong. The slippers I bought were faulty and of very poor quality and they will not give a refund unless you return the slippers to HONG KONG at the buyers expense. I even went through PayPal to get a refund but they said I have to return item to HONG KONG first. They advertise as the UK Official site which is totally misleading as they are not based in the UK. This is totally false advertising.

Placed order 6 weeks ago. Still no product or update even though I have been chasing for over a week I just keep being asked to be patient. I am starting to think this company is fraudulent. Have contacted for a refund and have also got trading standards involved.

I was looking for a comfortable pair of slides to wear around the house, and these cloud slides are perfect! They’re soft, supportive, and easy to slip on and off. I’ve even started wearing them outside because they’re so comfortable

The website aims to make this appear to be a UK company. It's not! The slippers come from China and they are invariably not as described! Too small, wrong colour, generally look cheap... Wish I had seen other people's reviews before ordering. You have to pay to return the items which as you can imagine is very expensive so I have begrudgingly kept mine. On the front they say 'yi Ben xiong creata a better life'. So... Yeah.

Customer Services? What Customer Services? I enquired about the EU equivalent of a size 8 of Cloud Sneakers as it can be 41 or 42. The reply was to ask me which product was enquiring about! I replied repeating that it was concerning the Sneakers. To which they replied telling me to look at the size guide on the relevant page.... there isn't one! I duly told them that I would shop elsewhere. Such a simple question... you would have thought...
