Ordered 2 weeks ago and other than a daily vanilla email that tells you absolutely nothing. Have emailed for a progress update and nothing has been responded to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Still awaiting an update.

Absolutely awful company. Customer Service is appalling and AI or robot, same reply every time. Slippers were too big even though I checked the size needed with them first. Return process ridiculous and complicated to put you off returning item. They received the return but no refund so I have instructed my bank to get involved to get me money back. Avoid this company at all costs.

Poor customer service. Will not purchase from this company again.

Order placed 14 December 2025. Had to contact them on 15 December 2025 with an issue with my personal details on the order - wrong email address submitted. My request to them is to have the email address corrected on the order, someone else has access to my order and personal details on that order.

No acknowledgment from online form which I have completed numerous times for updates. Emailed support numerous times, their responses are automated. Their advice - check my email for updates!

Items arrived. Packaging was ok. Items had no defects. Although the items are labelled as Crocs - they are not Crocs.

Update 3 January 2025. Website support form no longer available to manage requests.

Just recieved my Crocs from this shabby site , not only are they the wrong size , the look like complete knock offs !!! The mouth on one of them is lopsided , shabby quality , fake reviews , non working link for returns , took three weeks to arrive probably because they ordered them off Ali Express , phone line goes to answerphone . I have no hope of getting my money back or returning this joke of a pair of shoes . I really hope that nobody else tries to buy off this site because these were a Christmas gift and I'm gutted . People who do this should be arrested , ANGRY is not the word !!! Will be filing a fraud case against them !

As the other people have stated here, I placed an Order on 25th November 2025 and as yet still not received were meant to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. Can't get hold of the Company and when you email you get the same reply word for word.

Placed an order on 26.11.25. Inundated with emails from TrackingMania, at least daily that gives a lot of info that tells you absolutely nothing. As other reviews have stated cloudslipper don’t advise what courier they use and the tracking doesn’t tell you where your order is geographically. Email response is either an automated message or AI and all it states is that EVERY order will arrive but strangely my trackingmania updates stopped as soon as I commented that it feels like I’ve been scammed.

From the limited reviews it looks like some people actually receive their order but in the wrong size. I would advise to look elsewhere - I’ve started a chargeback.

I still haven’t received my delivery and number not working and email is just a automated message this was a Xmas present and the service is horrendous

Absolutely horrendous experience!

Took months for the item to arrive only for it to be the wrong size. Immediately emailed the company as the website states to start a return, only to be told to fill out a form. Did so but received no confirmation and every time I emailed it was just the same generic message of 'we can't access it but you're in the system, please check tracking blah blah'. Emailed every day for 2 weeks and still not had the return information provided.

Absolute joke

Absolutely Atrocious company scam artists. Order a pair of Crocs 31/10/2025, they took almost 3 weeks to arrive, when they did, they were the completely wrong size. Requested a refund and it’s been another two weeks and I’ve heard nothing back. DO NOT BUY FROM CLOUDSLIPPER AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is a fraudulent company. Do not buy from this company. I placed my order on 24th of Nov and its been 9 days. I cant get into contact with them and they are not able to provide me with a real UK courier. They use tacking mania which is a scam and there is no real time updates or expected dates the parcel will arrive. Emails are automated with the same person and content of the email and also the number provided on their website is also a scam as it directly goes to voice mail.

If anyone has bought from this website recently open up a fraudulent case immediately.

Ordered and paid for items on 9/11/25 - still waiting! Unable to communicate with them via their posted contact email and items now too late for the event. Disappointed child and customer! Status of order not changed from first posting. Refund requested.
