Closet Recenzje

Easy, discrete shipping.
Great product! Quick and simple to setup; great cleaning and maintenance experience.

great experience! the product was a lot of fun—the variation of settings was incredible and definitely leaves room for lots of different ways to enjoy.

Ultrabow oh yeah, this toy is fun fun, love the different strokes and speed. This a great toy to let loose on ya. I played with it almost everyday, great for edging and having pleasure hands free. Usually not a fan of fleshjacks or this type but this one blew my mind and hit all the right spots. Definitely a highly recommend.

I had an issue with my order and the customer service was so fast, efficient and easy to make it right.

The Closet Shop is awesome! Fast shipping and great customer service. Their P-Vibe Pro Flicker is unreal. It has 9 modes that vary it up and really aim to please. Can’t recommend it enough.

All items arrived as expected but tracking information never updated to show movement so it was disconcerting trying to manage arrival to an urban porch where theft is common. Tracking should be better. When inquiry responded, the package arrived same afternoon.

Bad customer service and bad products. Solution proposed is worse than what is online.

Closet is making really good quality products that are enhancing my partner & I’s sex life.

The website did not clearly state that the order would be sent from California — I was aiming to purchase from what appeared to be a Canadian based company to my Canadian address. Closet should be more transparent about the location they operate from.

Although I paid for express shipping (3-5 days, it took about 12 days). The parcel was handled by 2 companies and stopped at customs, which made tracking overly complicated.

Customer service was friendly, but wasn't a big help in the situation.

Until the parcel finally reaches your door you have no way to know if custom fees will be required at delivery.

While the Thrust Fund Baby excels in pleasure and technology, its biggest drawback is the lack of waterproofing. My partners enjoy both bath and shower play, and a waterproof feature would expand its usability.

The Thrust Fund Baby Thrusting Prostate Massager is a game-changer in pleasure technology, but it could be even better with a waterproof upgrade. If future versions include full waterproofing, this could easily become a top-tier choice in the market for those exploring prostate pleasure.

All the items were wonderful, but there was not much communication after the order was placed. The next communication about the order occurred several weeks later when they could finally fill the order.

Teo weeks after ordering multiple items I hadn't received any status on when I would receive items. contacted Closet who informed me that one of the items ordered two weeks earlier was unavailable, but there's a mediocre substitute available. I approved the substitute and waited at least another ten days before all items arrived. In these days of receiving items same day or next day, 3 - 4 weeks delivery time is poor performance. I ordered on Dec. 3rd, 2024, received items on Dec. 30, 2024. wow

There was some issues in timing of my delivery. Y’all reached out and were so great. Thanks for keeping your customers on your mind!!
The product is amazing!!

Amazing selection of toys! And even better customer support, when I had issues with import customs! Will definitely buy from here again.

Fast delivery. Shockingly high quality goods

The order process was fantastic with follow up messages indicating shipment and when my order would arrive.
Very easy and trustworthy.

The product was underwhelming. It just vibrates at various levels, without directing any sensation to the target areas. Shipping was prompt. Communication from vendor was good. Maybe my expectations were too high.

Terrible customer service and they are located in the US. Shop local and avoid this untrustworthy company. They delay shipments and have hidden fees. Hope this helps others.

Great, quality toys which I am highly satisfied with, as well as deals that have helped me to afford them. If anything, my one complaint would be that Standard Shipping has tended to take longer than was advertised.
