Pet Fountain
Bought the fountain mainly for the cat when our vet recommended it to encourage her to drink more water. Of course the dog loves it too

Un grand Bravo à l équipe du sav service clients. J ai eu un souci avec un produit qui a été immédiatement remplacé, et un 2eme souci de pièce manquante dans le colis. Équipe très réactive et gentille, nous avons résolu le problème facilement et rapidement. Je recommande vivement. J ai effectué plusieurs achats auprès de cette enseigne et ils sont sérieux (et c est rare. )

You can call a telephone number and speak to a REAL PERSON! A HUMAN BEING! (Do you remember those?) And then Sue was very helpful with the problem with my cat flap, and knowledgeable and I did what she suggested and IT WORKED! Excellent service, fully recommend

Great products ... a microchip cat flap and a MiBowl feeder has changed my life! When the first feeder didn't work properly, Closer Pets took a no quibble attitude and exchanged it immediately. Very quick, friendly and personable service. Highly recommend.

Wow, a no quibble product swap
Wow, a no quibble product swap after my Cat Mate Elite Microchip Cat Flap failed after 11 months.
After a single web request I got an instant email response for the UK help team (Martin Davis) who, on presentation of the proof of purchase sent out a replacement which arrived by Royal Mail only a couple of days later.
Can't beat that for customer support. Happy customer and cats.

Excellent Service
I had a faulty item after 18 months of use, it had a 3 year guarantee. I reported this to customer service. They were extremely helpful. Asked for a photo and proof of purchase. In less than an hour a replacement was being processed. Fantastic service!

A very professional company
We have purchased several cat flaps, which work well. When I did have a problem with one of them I was very impressed by the prompt, efficient and professional way in which the company dealt with it - a replacement was dispatched without issue.

great fountain and excellent customer service
Their fountain is the only way my cat will drink water. I was so impressed with my parents I got my own and my cat loves it. After having it about 9 months I realised the plug was broken so I contacted their customer service and Sue sorted me out with a replacement plug in less than an hour! I was so impressed as she was polite, friendly, helpful and fast. She's the person you hope you'll speak to when you contact a company and I'm so happy I did as now my cat gets his beloved fountain back ASAP. I'll never switch to another fountain!
