Climax Furniture Recenzje

To start of forget that 1 star id put 0 if it was an option!Absolutely disgusted!I ordered a dining table as just got rid of our old one, they said pay on delivery so they 3 days after placed order came to deliver table ,2 men came to door and started to bring table in,one man however saw our money ready to give them on the side grabbed it left us with this table (THE WRONG TABLE DIDNT EVEN COME WITH ALL THE PARTS,BOX BATTERED AND PARTS BROKE THEY BRANG 1 LEG FOR THE TABLE AND TOP OF A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TABLE AND 1 SCREW!) and legged it with the other man next minute they sped of in their van!this was a week before Christmas and I am just disgusted as was over £1000 for table and now £1000 down for my 7 children for Christmas! They left a slip with all their info on it but says they have travelled from Glasgow on slip but they sed to me they would be coming from Manchester? We are a big family so every penny counts and this has impacted us a lot as we have saved for this table! My kids are so upset as been saving for their presents too!Disgusting will be contacting the police over this!

Great communication, quick delivery.
Very happy with the product, good quality wardrobe, affordable price.

Very good quality and delivered when advised. Really good value for money and I recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing new furniture - would use again.

This company isn’t even worthy of a 1 star they are scammers!

My sister in law ordered a sofa for them to deliver the wrong one, the delivery driver then robbed her of over £300 in cash!! I’ve whatsapped them on her behalf as they are ignoring her to be told if she deletes her review he will look into it, if she doesn’t then he won’t even bother! They have no intention at investigating it as they have now blocked me on WhatsApp.

Avoid at all costs!

Do not trust this company please stay away people, IHTESHAM ASGHAR has wrote a review on here and he's part of the company i had to send £50 deposit to him before delivery. The product i recieved was cheap quallity not what i orderd at all. Waiting for a refund but ive been blocked off there whatsapp so contacted the police now regarding this issue.

Warning: Do Not Buy from climaxcurniture.com – Scammers!

I had an absolutely awful experience with this fraudulent company, climaxfurniture.com. Please avoid them at all costs! Here’s what happened:

1. Fake Receipts: They provided a random receipt that had no connection to their business. Completely unprofessional and a clear red flag.

2. Wrong Items Delivered: I received items that were NOT what I ordered. After pointing this out, the situation only got worse.

3. Missing Money: The delivery driver handed me the wrong amount of money back once he loaded the sofas back on to the van—over £300 short. While I was counting the money, they sped off in their van (registration BX14 FYH), leaving me out of pocket.

4. No Transparency: Their online communication is sketchy. They refuse to disclose their location, and they only accept cash on delivery, which is suspicious.

5. Fake Reviews: The positive reviews on their site and on here are clearly fake. Do not trust them—do your own research first.

This company has been reported to the police and Trading Standards. They are operating a scam and preying on unsuspecting customers. Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from climaxfurniture.com!

Don’t let yourself be the next victim of this fraudulent operation.

Really highly recommended job done quickly and took care of it all.great prices lovely quality furniture will definitely use again . very happy customer here

Good morning I’d like to say a massive thank you so much for my beautiful corner sofa and love chair they got delivered yesterday. It’s amazing thank you again and a big thank you for the quick delivery within two days. That was amazing, Lisa wilkins.

I got bunk beds from this company very pleased with my purchase thanks

very satisfied, I recommend with the greatest confidence!

Excellent products

I am quite surprised to see all these positive comments. I believe most are forged comments. I have the most horrible experience with this company. I ordered an all white wardrobe 203cm and installation service. After so many delays in delivery, they ended up delivering the wrong package- white wardrobe with grey door and oak panel strips. I asked if they could change the door and the panel, they said the white wardrobe is out of stock. I then went ahead to choose a 250cm wardrobe which costed more and told them I’d pay the extra cost and they have stopped responding to me. I’m stuck with a white wardrobe and grey door and oak strips.
I will definitely be reporting the case to the police.

I got a bed coffee table and lovely dining room table and chairs. The customer service is excellent and price is hard to beat the delivery drivers were friendly and very helpful. I'd advise anyone looking for products for their house to check out their website. Mrs lynne kay x

This furniture place is really 👌 the quality is also 👌 great guys

The company was very thoughtful and helpful when it came to making a decision to what sofa I wanted. The order and delivery time was efficient. Good communication was kept between myself, the company & the courier

I'm really impressed, the sofa bed I bought was exactly as described, communication with the seller was easy, I was updated regularly about delivery time. The sofa was delivered exactly on time and withing 2 days of my first contact with the seller. Can't say anything negative as it was a thoroughly easy transaction. Thank you, my sofa is great.

The worst company iv had the Misfortune to deal with in my entire life I don’t know how these operate the way to do Only answer your phone call through WhatsApp when you’re making an order after the order has been delivered They won’t answer the phone and only message you through messenger or WhatsApp Promise you a load of false promises that they’re going to come back and replace the broken items that were delivered broken and they admitted it but don’t show up, They block me on all accounts because they won’t want to give me my money back so I’m in the process of going through small claims court. These people are thieves and liars. Do yourself a favour and go to a shop to make sure If there is any Problems At least there’s somewhere to go back and sort it out. These people don’t even have a proper address.

These wardrobes are excellent quality. They are an amazing storage solution for our growing family. Thank you for the excellent service and communication.

Climax Furniture exceeded my expectations in every way. Their furniture is beautiful, well-made, and affordable. I'll definitely be shopping here again soon!
