Everytime I go to log in need to change password. No one calls you. This is the worst pay method. Horrible

Can’t add bank account to auto paid because they are “not matching” and I manually type in bank account number because u won’t let me copy and paste and after 20 try still not matching when it is literally exactly the same.

Same thing with credit card, the made portal just won’t take ur information and keep giving error msg that doesn’t apply.

Their website really needs updating. I am tired of running into simple issues that could be solved if there were competent IT workers for ClickPay. They're worse than eBay with their outdated coding. It makes no sense how I can't even add a new payment method without their site malfunctioning. Ghetto.

I was treated like I was an idiot every time I tried to talk to someone, was promised things would get resolved once they reached out to someone. Then was forced to wait for a month for an answer; and then told that the issue can’t be figured out from who they requested; just to have this case closed saying that they proved that the account matches what’s on file and to give a survey even though nothing got resolved I just got thrown around to have more money stolen from me by your company. Which according to your team is the companies policy. I hope everyone gets ride of your services and you have to shut down.

AWFUL SERVICE, I have been trying to add a new property for two days to be able to make online payments and it simply DOESN'T WORK, I have called customer service MANY TIMES and NOBODY KNOWS OR UNDERSTANDS how this works!!! FIRST SERVICE MANAGMENT does not give you another payment option, both services are AWFUL!

the worst payment processing company ever, you cant trust this guys, I made a payment on July 12th, money withdrawn from my bank on 14th but stupid Bel Air sends me invoice for 2 month. i have send them bank statement about payments I don't know how stupid you should be not to see it.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 stars but I had to just to write a comment on here. Click pay is the worst they just took money out of my account and now they are saying that they didn’t. So no I don’t have enought money for my rent not only that the wanted to do a conference call with my bank. That is so unprofessional. This is my first time ever using them and I hate it. They are so rude and disrespectful.

The system is simple and works well

My HOA uses ClickPay and it is easy to use and I really appreciate not having to write checks any longer. My balance is there and I can setup Automatic payments and use my credit card.

Worst app ever. spent many days & hours working with onsite mgmt for Clickpay to list correct amounts from the lease.

Mgmt says if Clickpay charges an incorrect fee for payment of different amount than what it says they can’t change it, they have n control over what Clickpay does

I was initially nervous when something in the website was preventing me from adding a new apartment unit to my account. However, when I called customer service, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I got connected to a helpful customer representative. It took her only five minutes to resolve the issue. She added the apartment unit to my account for me. Thereafter, I was able to promptly send the payment to my new landlord. Thank goodness for that!

Clickpay is used by thieves to steal money. If your landlord uses Clickpay, they are in bed with criminals. Avoid at all costs.

I registered and got my payID, but was not able to select my address to make a payment. I called them, spent more than an hour waiting for any available agent to figure out what's going on and they disconnected me! Agents online are unavailable as well. It continues to be a horrible company to work with. I don't feel safe making payments via this site. Very bad experience.

AWFUL is an understatement. These people are ADMITTEDLY "oblivious" and I put that in quotes because they really do KNOW that they're service is UNACCEPTABLY INEPT. The woman June, just told me flat out that, she "has no idea" what her own website is saying in my account. I pay my bill every month through Clickpay and it's been a NIGHTMARE from day one. These people are a disgrace to all business they conduct I.M.O. and based on my BEYOND FRUSTRATING experience with them. THE WORST, and I really mean that. I wish to report these people and I WILL. Good luck to all who have the MISFORTUNE of dealing with this awful excuse for a company.

Used their chat service to figure out why I couldn't make a payment and Felicity was unbelievably rude, telling me 'just contact them for further details,' and then ended the chat.

BEWARE VERY SHADY COMPANY. THE FEE ARE NOT UPFRONT. THE RECORD KEEPING IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE A SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGERS. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO OPEN A COMPLAINT AS THEY DON WANT THERE STEALING AND MISUSE OF YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION.

Charging $36 to use a debit card is the most grossly selfish and ridiculous business tactic ever. I will be so glad when my lease is up so I don't have to use this hideous company ever again. That's literally robbery!

Beware: If you are trying to consolidate clickpay accounts by removing and adding a unit, download the unit's payment history as it does not carry over. You will not be able to retrieve it for your records and will be forced to request it from your property management company. This NEEDS to be written in the instructions so that people are aware. I just learned the hard way.

Poor company doesn't speak English. They charge a $47 fee for Visa across the board. A flat fee- can still be a percentage based. Just low brain cell count

Terrible service. Representatives don't know how to do their job. While talking to the representatives was disconnected. The problem wasn't resolved. It's 2 weeks already. Terrible. Real crooks
