Ordered two items for a total of €35.85, which already included €12 in shipping. Then the courier came back asking for another €24.76 (about £21.13) in customs/VAT/service fees before releasing the package. That's on top of an order that already had shipping baked into the price. This is all to the Netherlands by the way.

I get that customs charges exist, but tacking on more than two-thirds of the original order value after the fact, with no heads-up at checkout, is frustrating. I paid it because I wanted the items, but I'm filing a complaint with the courier over it regardless.

The products themselves are decent - I've got no real complaints there. But if you're ordering to the EU, budget for a nasty surprise on top of what you're shown at checkout.

I found these products worked better than anything else I have used over the years. Really good to have when you need it.

Their customer service is really responsive and professional, as well. They recently sent me an incorrect item packaged with others (we all make mistakes). When I brought this to their attention, they sent the correct one immediately, with no fuss.

Do not buy from there with shipping to the European Union!!! I ordered two items for 23,9 EUR in total plus international shipping fee to Spain (11,95 EUR). The Spanish post office responsible for customs (Correos Aduanas) requested 61,08 EUR for VAT, customs and service fees... I never had such problems when ordering items from the UK. Just skip it to save your time and money.

Bought this to try to get rid of persistent Malessiazia fungal acne on face, after trying everything else I read about and nothing working. Have been using this morning and night for a week and my rash has gone, when it used to kind of go with other products I could see it trying to fight its way back and only looked vaguely gone, but with this it is gone gone, can’t see it threatening. I’m very happy with the product, it’s also gentle on my skin.

I ordered two items from this company said 3 day delivery finally arrived after 8 days no longer needed them but company refused to except returns, both items look very hand made labels are not on straight very unprofessional would not buy from this company again

Shampoo for dandruff doesn't work my itching, dry and psoriasis scalp isn't helped by this product.

Clever Soap works well and is nicely packaged. A bit pricey maybe but understandable for a niche product.
