Original quote for end of tenancy cleaning service was a little steep, but not too unreasonable.

However, on the day of the service, I was informed the property was in “poor condition” and they would be charging an additional fee! They sent photos to evidence this, which included dust on the floor and grime in the cabinets - which was the whole point of booking a cleaning service! If I had known I was going to be charged extra, I would have swept the floor myself!

To make matters worse, once the service was completed, we still found areas that had been missed, and spent two more hours cleaning after they had gone!

Safe to say, we are not getting our full deposit back, and the company have stated they do not offer refunds. Save your time and money; do not use this company. Choose someone else - I wish I had!

Excellent experience, from the quick reply of the company, they keep you updated all the time. I’ve used Martin (engineer for a few of my properties) and he is always does a very professional job, he explains what he will do and always has a great outcome. He’s an expert at what he does and I recommend him

Very unprofessional and unreliable, cancelled on me last minute. 

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning. After I left the cleaner in the flat I got a message saying the cleaning had been cancelled because the flat was not in a “normal condition”, which I absolutely do not agree with - some areas ie shower and oven might have required deeper cleaning but nothing a professional cleaner shouldn’t have been able to do. Thankfully I was able to book another company last minute and they were happy to clean it. 

Cleaner Cleaner also sent only one cleaner who had a small bag of supplies and did not appear to have a vacuum cleaner. When I booked the second cleaning company they sent 3 cleaners who had proper supplies and were able to do the job perfectly. 

I have seen several reviews of other people saying they were also cancelled on. It seems this company is not prepared to do actual cleaning. 

I do not recommend this company for an end of tenancy clean. Including VAT it was £246 to clean a one-bedroom flat that had already had the sofas and carpets cleaned separately and just needed a deeper clean of the areas the tenants hadn't done.

I met the cleaner and watched her going round taking photographs, she didn't say anything to me apart from she would call when she was done. I got home (20 mins away) and received an email with the photograps she had taken, saying "we don't clean round this, this, this") - I rang Vladimir in the office and asked why she couldn't have just said that to me at the time and I'd have moved a few thing (a tea-towel was one of the examples!!!!) - his response was bizarre "Ts and Cs are clear and we wouldn't want to patronise you by telling you and we don't want the cleaners to talk to you!" so I travelled back to the flat and moved the things and then went back home again.

I was paying cash, so when I arrived back at the flat when she had finished, there was a man there - clearly to take the money, but it felt quite intimidating. I went round to inspect the flat and lots of things had been missed. She used her duster to do the things I spotted there and then (there were a lot) in the end I just thought I'll do this myself, paid them to get rid of them because I was on a tight turnaround with new tenants moving in.
I then spent an hour cleaning because there were still tea marks on doors, grime and bits on the kitchen floor that had been missed. I had to do the back splash tiles behind the kitchen as it hadn’t been done. The light fitting in the bedroom hadn’t been touched and was filled with dust. Various other things. I emailed them saying I didn't expect they'd give me a partial refund as we paid cash but that we would leave a review. For a deep cleaning service that was almost £50 per hour, this fell deeply short. My suggestion is to avoid.

Update: By the way, the polite response they have given below is all well and good, but I did email them to tell them what had been missed and I didn’t even get a reply! So no apology, or any offer of a complimentary clean, so their response is clearly just to make themselves look better when they’ve had a bad review.

Communication was brilliant and cleaned the mattress well. No issues.

I highly recommend CleanerCleaner! The booking process was very smooth and on the day the ladies were on time, efficient and did an absolutely fantastic job. The flat by the end smelled fantastic and looked new. I am pleased with the service and will be using it again.

Tanya was an absolute powerhouse and did an incredibly thorough job. Our tenant moved out and didn't clean before leaving the flat. The deep clean that Tanya did was really impressive and well worth the money.

The person who came to clean my sofa was very thorough: all angles got properly cleaned / there were a few stains he’s successfully removed. I am very satisfied and would recommend them greatly.
