Deres chat funktion er en robot, og den sagde at der ville være en medarbejder der vendte tilbage hurtigst muligt, men der kom aldrig en medarbejder eller et svar.

I bought the bag a year ago but I am only writing the review now because why not. I got the burgundy one (you know which one I am talking about) and I rarely buy new stuff like I only buy second hand or vintage because I like staple pieces in my wardrobe that will last for at least a few years. Anyway I think I found this brand from an ad on instagram and I really liked it because of its "vintage inspired" look or whatever. At the end, we can say that I fell for the green branding and the *swearing* "VEGAN LEATHER" that is sooooooo bad quality, I got the bag in like February or something and it was fine for a month until march or April when it got warmer outside and bag literally MELTED. Little holes started appearing all over it due to sun exposure and also the fabric inside it ripped after a few months (im a uni student so I always pens in my bag that probably caused the ripping but its still not normal). Also I am STILL using it for school even though its visibly in bad shape but its only been a year since got it so I would feel bad if a throw it away now. In conclusion, dont buy from classique carries and I am especially saying this as thrifters and fast fashion boycotter, if you are going to invest in a bag make sure its actually good quality. Thanks for listening to me ramble and I also want to mention English isn't my first language so dont come for me🥲🥲 bye.

I received a bag from classique carries and the quality is awful
I messaged them on their website, via email and via instagram for a return address and they would string me along until the last moment and not reply. I finally managed to get through to someone on their instagram account and they told me they couldn’t refund me as the bag had been bought at a sale price and they won’t refund sale items. Funny that all items are constantly on sale so that no one can ever get refunds. Watch out. It’s a scam.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING

No chance to get an answer from customer service. Waiting for three months to solve the problem. I’ve received completely another order. Wrong bag, and nobody tries to solve this problem. Do not ever order anything from this website

Manglende varer og pengene trukket.

Jeg købte en taske den 12 dec, og pengene blev trukket med det samme. Dagen efter, fik jeg en mail om at tasken var blevet pakket, og på vej til at blive sendt. I dag den 25 dec. Er pakken endnu ikke afsendt, og jeg har forsøgt at kontakte Classique Carries uden svar og hjælp. Kan absolut ikke anbefales!

One star is still too much … I asked…

One star is still too much … I asked for my order to be cancelled and they said they couldn’t do it , then they said that my phone was missing from the delivery info and I asked them if it was possible to change the delivery address . No response or effort has been made by them for the past 1,5 month .

2 months later , I haven’t received any product , they are not responding to my emails and my money hasn’t been refund .

Total scam , save your time and money and avoid this brand .

Tas 2 mnd geleden besteld en nu pas binnen met kapotte ritsen

Ik heb 2 maanden geleden een tas op de website besteld. Er stond dat het 21 werkdagen kon duren. Dat is lang, maar het word tenminste aangekondigd. Ik krijg voor 1 mnd lang niets te horen over de bestelling en als ik het invoer in de track en trace zie ik alleen waar de bestelling naartoe word geshipt. Ik word dan gemailt dat ik mijn adres niet goed had ingevuld. Mijn fout, kan gebeuren. Dat zou uitleggen waarom het in de eerste instantie zo lang duurt. Vervolgens stuur ik een mail terug met de juiste info voor het adres. Snelle reactie, wat top is. Ik wacht vervolgens nog een maand en krijg weer niks te horen dus besluit weer een mailtje te sturen dat ik het niet acceptabel vind dat het zo lang duurt. Ze hebben snel gereageerd en de tas verstuurd. 3 dagen later binnen gekregen, wat gek is. Als ik er zelf achteraan ga word er ineens wel gehandeld. Nu heb ik de tas binnen, is de rits van een van de zijvakjes kapot. Nou, ik weet een ding zeker.... Nooit meer!

Bad products

Products look nice but it doesn’t last for long. The fabric on my tote tore, leather fell of and the edges of the strap didn’t stay on the bag. After weeks of trying to get an answer from them after sending pictures showing bag. They answered that they could not give me compensation because the damage was caused by me not using it in the right way and no company would like to give me back money for this. Rude customer service that takes ages to write you back.

Manglende varer og pengene trukket.

Jeg købte en taske den 4 aug. Og pengene blev trukket med det samme. Dagen fik jeg en mail om at tasken var pakket og på vej til at blive sendt. I dag den 16 aug. har jeg stadig ikke modtaget pakken og jeg har forsøgt flere gange at kontakte classique Carries på mail og igennem deres chatbot men uden svar og hjælp.

Grosse arnaque

Grosse arnaque !
Je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande alors que c’était la bonne adresse et le bon numéro de téléphone (ils n’ont jamais essayé de me joindre).
Mais ils me déduisent 15€ sur mon remboursement car ils ont essayé de me livrer à plusieurs reprises. Autant pour moi si votre livreur est nul.
J’ai beau leur expliquer, ils ne veulent rien entendre.
Je déconseille fortement.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Truly lost for words… I ordered a tote over three weeks ago, and was extremely excited about this purchase. Two weeks pass with zero update and I gave them the benefit of the doubt—maybe shipping just takes a while. I sent them an email just in case, a couple of days ago. Today they responded only to tell me that the item was out of stock this whole time (despite me being able to make the transaction on the site), and that “maybe you can pick something else from the site, of equal value”. Unbelievable.

The website STILL says the item I bought is “in stock and available to ship”. What an extremely unreliable business lmao. I can only hope they approve my request for a refund

Scam

Do not trust this site. The quality is not worth the money. They are asking 85eur but you will receive an ite worth maybe 25eur. You can find similar stuff on AliExpress. I am usually not the one to write bad reviews or complain like this, but first time in my life a store refuses return because it was a sale item. Read review before buying, hope it will same you time and money.
