Classic Hand Tools Recenzje

Customer service and after sales is excellent!

Classic Hand Tools Ltd are my preferred supplier of hand tools, always first on my list when I'm looking for a new tool.

I am pleased to say that I am a loyal customer.

I bought my husband a block plane and he loved it but I was finding it difficult to get a plane sock for it to live in. Classic Hand Tools were so helpful, they arranged to have this shipped when they next had an order from Lie Nielson and ensured it got to me.
Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them

I have used this company several times and have found them to be very good ,they have a very usable web site and always deliver very quickly. There are so many products and information on their website that there is no need to look anywhere else .

Birthday presents for my son who was very pleased. Fast delivery and all in stock. Thank you.

All good, excellent tools. I just bought a Lie Neilsen router plane. Good quality. David Gordon

I last purchased a spare Iron's for my small veritas Rabbet scrapper block plane, as always it came very quickly and in excellent condition, I have used Classic tools for many years now and the customer service is the best, Many thanks, Mr R K Bailey. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant company preserving the sale of wonderful hand tools etc

Another great product delivered in good time and exceptionally well wrapped…

Fast efficient service. Quality products.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Second time I've bought from this company. Service is great, delivery is always as expected and the tool quality is worth the price! As Arnie said, "I'll be back!"

I purchased a set of Robert Sorby thread cutting tools which arrived very promptly and was well packaged. The website was easy to use and I'll no doubt use this company again in the future.

Brilliant sales team and replaced product was sent fast when needed

Very friendly and super quick to respond to after sales queries.

All good, prices and delivery, will use for future tool and accessory purchases.
Many thanks

If there was a rating higher than 5 star Classical Hand Tools would get it. An item I had been waiting for became available the day I was leaving for holiday. As there would be nobody to receive it I called them. I spoke to Frazer. He could not have been more helpful. He agreed to hold the item until I returned, no deposit required. On my return I called Frazer and made my purchase, this was 12.00 noon on Monday. At 07.15 the following day it arrived perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. Hats off to Classic Hand Tools and Frazer in particular.

Arrived promptly well but unfussily packaged. Blades work great, much easier on my 4mm birch ply than the one that came with the saw.

This is a quality firm delivering quality products. The service is first rate, the Arkansas Stone i bought is excellent quality and does exactly what I needed, smoothing the bed of my lathe. Very fast turnaround on order and delivery.
Thank you

Excellent company with a superb range of tools and fast delivery

I have had nothing but great experiences in dealing with this company. The friendly , efficient and knowledgeable staff provide a first class service ..
An order for replacement chisel handles from Veritas
after contacting them directly was executed quickly with no problems .

A previous order for replacement parts for toggle plates was organised efficiently and delivered with no problems.

A great company to deal with.
