Speed of delivery from your side of the world to ours. However, the cost of freight for a light weight .3kg was way excessive.

Thank you for your kind review. That's great to hear the shipping was speedy. Regarding shipping cost, we do our best to price our shipping accurately and fairly, but due to the vast amount of both products, and shipping destinations we offer, it's difficult to get it right 100% of the time.
This being the case, we are always open to inquiries about shipping costs, and are happy to try and find alternative shipping solutions where possible to make our service accessible to everyone :)
Good advisory and fast service

Absolutely Exc
These guys are brilliant. I emailed a question and got an informative reply the next day. I then crashed in on them, unannounced, at 4:45 on Friday night and they were happy to give my carbs a once over and recommend a solution to my problem. I bought some bits but didn't have any cash; no problem, I could take the stuff and pay them later.
