Great service
Great service. Very knowledgeable. I meet the whole team at the NEC classic show and was good to talk to them face to face. A nice family run business to deal with.

Thank you so much for your kind review! Hopefully we will see you again at the restoration show in March :)
Very disappointed in the process
Very disappointed in the process, the time it took to get answers, no knowledge of time zones, living in Sydney Australia I have over 14 Dellorto carbies that I need to rebuild and sell, I needed far more parts and tried to add to the order, but it would have taken someone to own the process to help the customer. Dealing with someone who has a fancy title did not change the result, when you are overseas and paying to dollar for air freight having someone to assist would be a great place to start

Hi Robert,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the process. I’d like to address your concerns and clarify a few points.
I replied to all your emails on the same working day and worked as quickly as I could to help you sort out what parts you needed.
Once we had clarified everything, I created a manual invoice for you, sent over a payment link, and processed your order as soon as the payment came through. I also arranged a cheaper shipping option for you, as requested, to keep costs down.
Your order has now been delivered, and I hope the parts are exactly what you needed.
Regarding time zones, our office is in the UK, and we’re available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, while our online shop is accessible 24/7 to customers worldwide. We understand international transactions can sometimes pose logistical challenges, but we do our best to streamline the process for all customers, no matter where they are based.
I really appreciate your business and the effort you put into rebuilding so many carburettors. If there’s anything more we can do to support you in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
All the best,
Susie

Thank you so much!! That's a great review :)
Very helpful....
Very helpful store and great all round service. I asked for some help identifying what Carb kit I would require for a W123 200 Mercedes and was given the required kit number and an alternative full re furb kit if required. The parts arrived in good time and at a fair price. The gaskets and seals all look and feel well made so just need to get her up and running which should be a lot easier knowing these guys are on hand. Cheers!!
