Changed my due date

he helped me change my due date to avoid late fees due to my pay period falling after the 4th each month and he also helped me confirm my payment for this month went through.

Crystal was very

Crystal was very, very kind and knowledgeable about my concerns. She assured me that my issue would be taken care of and that my refund would be processed within the allocated number of days.

She was exceptionally kind and I thanked her VERY much. Also my call was answered with 30 seconds there was no long hold time.

Kudos to the staff and management!!!

I used Clarity Pay to obtain a product…

I used Clarity Pay to obtain a product and services. I would give zero stars if I could. ClarityPay does not send out a statement, and only allows people to pay online. In order to pay online, we have to type in our phone number, and then we can get either a text or voice passcode in order to log in to see our account. For the past couple of months, I've repeatedly contacted them because I never receive any passcode, either voice or text, and I am not able to log in. Since I also do not receive any mailed statements, it means I can't see my statement. Over the past two months, I've repeatedly tried to contact them in order to resolve this issue, and they keep stating that the issue is fixed without even consulting me. It was never fixed. Don't use this company.
