Prince was so amazing!

Prince was so amazing!! It was a great experience when we had our initial conversation and o felt as I gave feedback and concerns prince was very understanding and receptive. I really appreciated such great customer service. Thank you prince!!!!!!

Kind, understanding and helpful

The kindness and understanding over the phone was appreciated. I am really thankful for the flexibility on the payment date to adjust to my payday schedule. I am grateful for this help especially around the holidays.

Are these ratings actuallyFarFromClarity

Are these ratings actually true? I have never heard of them until I went to a consultation at my dentist. Apparently they are one of the many financial loan companies that issue loans for dental work. Absolutely the worse company I have experienced. Unclear communication, no flexibility and certainly customers/patients are not top of mind. Perhaps I was just dealing with someone on the other side of a keyboard delaying his/her lunch hour. Thank goodness they showed the real service delivery before spending thousands of dollars.

Great Service

Prince was extremely helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and was able to help me so quickly! I didn't have to wait very long and he was extremely knowledgable about the trouble I was having!
