David Puente helped prepare our team for a global conference keynote. He packed a huge amount of knowledge into 2 hours and multiple dry runs. Our content and session quality was day and night after meeting with David. Thank you so much!

In preparation for the potential sale of my legal recruiting company, I met with Clarity Media to learn how to best position my company and myself. It was an excellent decision. They taught me how to focus on the positive aspects of the sale and turned my approach and opinions to a more favorable point of view. I was unaware of my mediocre positioning until they shined the light. Very grateful for their wisdom.

Melissa was the ultimate teacher. This was our CEO's first time participating in a media training. We both found it incredibly useful, and he was noticeably more confident and on-message in an interview with a tier 1 business publication shortly after. He took away a number of things from Melissa, but what was probably most useful was learning the value of preparation in advance, going in with a clear vision of the story we want to tell, and how to set boundaries to control the conversation and bring it back to the company. 

Melissa was the perfect mix of direct and friendly. She made our CEO feel safe and comfortable while also pushing him with her journalist hat on. Her and the team were very communicative leading up to the day of the training. We are anxiously awaiting our next session with her.

Bill was great to work with! Very friendly, welcoming, and gave me great advice on how to specifically answer questions from the press, as well as different perspectives of how different parties would view each question. Definitely would love to do another media training session with Clarity.

Incredible Tailored Advice - Value for even experienced media participants:
I found the Clarity training (and David Puente in particular) supremely helpful because of how concrete the examples and advice were. Rather than overly generic platitudes, Clarity crafted carefully tailored examples and exercises for honing my presentation and interview skills. It was fantastic to have a pragmatic way to address my fears and weaknesses while at the same time having my strengths identified and appreciated.

I had an excellent experience. Without the help of Jen Fukui I don't believe I would have been ready for my speech. She is professional, approachable, kind and a one of kind coach.

I wasn’t sure what to expect having never had media training before, but was I so incredibly impressed from the word go. David is extremely informative, professional and thorough. There is much to consider, between in person and online interviews, but I feel ready for either challenge now! I'm happy with the consultation and advice received from Karen Koh on public speech and presentation. The combination of best practice sharing with general guidelines and the practice session is very pragmatic and useful for me. The specific feedback I received in the practice session is very relevant and timely. I would recommend Karen's consultation to anyone who wants to improve public speech and presentation skills.

To be open and vulnerable to critique can quickly become uncomfortable. Not with the professional teachings of Juliana Silva and Clarity Media. Her methods, from how to break down our delivery of “just the facts” into more personal stories to how to cope with nervous energy and even how to interact with the camera were insightful and personalized. I came out of Juliana’s workshop a much more polished individual personally and professionally. I highly recommend a session with Clarity Media if you are looking to better your understanding of how you move, speak and interact with a crowd, your colleagues or the media. The insights you will learn into yourself will be invaluable and life changing.

Public speaking doesn't come naturally to me. No matter how many times I do it, I still get nervous and can let the moment get bigger than it needs to be. The training with Juliana was incredibly impactful. I’ve been speaking in front of groups both large and small for years with no official training, and although I’ve gained confidence over that time delivery technique was never anything on which I had truly focused. The direction given by Juliana was easy to digest and eye opening. I will utilize the skills I gained here for the rest of my career.
