It was such a pleasure to work with the team at Clarity Media Group. The training began with a virtual session for an hour. After that session we spent several hours on site with in-person training. Ken Fuhr and his group were professional, kind and patient. I highly recommend them and hope that we will be able to work together again in the future.

I've done media training for years, with and without help and I can't imagine doing it without Clarity from here on out! Melissa is an unflappable pro who helped win over skeptical executives immediately. She's supportive enough to avoid discouraging and direct enough to help our trainees see their areas for improvement. It's amazing how the 1-hour session with Karen resulted in an immediate and remarkable improvement in my presentation skills. The session was truly bespoke and interactive. It started off with Karen trying to understand my personal feelings, in particular, my fears and worries when making presentations, so that she could offer and blend in targeted advice later on. We then spent around 30-45 minutes doing mock presentations, whereby I delivered a short presentation for Karen to provide immediate, useful comments. I was so pleasantly shocked how my presentation improved when I redid the presentation using Karen's tips. I sounded much more confident and fluent in the blink of an eye. It was truly amazing how much I could achieve within such a short period of time.

The only area of improvement for the workshop would be to have at least a rough agenda for the meeting. It was a little stressful to go into the session without knowing what to expect and prepare for. I wonder if I might have learnt more if I had done more preparation. Although I'm already very happy with what I've learnt there.

The training featured several best practices, the theory behind them, and strong, illustrative examples of the best practices in action. Finally, it culminated in a dry run of a media appearance where I received detailed, actionable feedback in real time.
