Melissa was fantastic in prepping for our sessions and in delivering real, tangible feedback that will stay with me for years to come! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to take their media prep to the next level.

David is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 hours. My only issue, which really isn't an issue that for me to markedly improve, 2 hours and a few key best practices will probably not become part of my approach. Repetition and practice is the key and that is not built into the training.

This was my first formal media training. Ken was a pro: understood my context and background and gave a number of extremely practical pointers so that I could quickly prep for a couple upcoming events. He exemplified how I could improve on replies and general communication approaches. Effective use of everyone's time and amazing experience overall!

Choreographing three author's responses with clarity (and not speaking over one another), in addition to ensuring that each of us could communicate concisely and with a message of inspiration was the challenge that we presented to CMG. Our media trainer Jen Fukui is the ultimate coach and far surpassed our expectations. Not only did she share her wisdom and expertise on how to deliver a powerful message, she also taught us to connect with the listener...to deliver an impactful message that keeps people engaged. In addition to her professionalism, she also made the experience thoroughly enjoyable with her creativity, wisdom, and warmth. We are excited to share our book, "Total Body Beautiful," with the world, and because of Jen, we feel prepared to do so!

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Hellen at Clarity. I am a professor and used to speaking at research conferences. When I knew I had to speak to a nonacademic audience, I reached out to Melissa. She helped me sift through the research and data to help me find talking points that still communicated what I wanted to say but in a way that was more engaging and accessible. She was incredibly competent and very encouraging. I felt completely at ease and confident by the end of our sessions. I just wish I had met with her sooner!!

Melissa Hellen is such a patient pro! She really takes her time to research each client, offering solid strategies for dealing with media's touch questions and how to respond so that the interview is always successful.

We had a terrific experience working with CMG for training ahead of our book release. We did focused prep on how to effectively distill communicate key ideas from our book for different media formats, and learned how to notice/improve aspects of our personal styles. Billy Cassera also did an awesome video "speaking reel" for us for our website, and was a general pro to work with!

Clarity Media Group provided us with training prior to the launch of our biotech company Replay. We are very grateful to them for the thoughtful advice that they gave us and I highly recommend them.

Bill was a great instructor and left me with many things to think about. I always knew I needed to work on my presentation skills and those pesky filler words but doing the presentation with Bill, being recorded and then having him coach me on how to improve was really eye opening. After our session I went and rehearsed some more, recording myself, and while I did make some improvements I can now see how powerful this technique is. I plan to make recording rehearsals a regular part of my routine and while I can't promise I'll rehearse 8x I will at least do 3x, with recording and iterating as I go.

John is always a pleasure to work with - a consummate professional and true collaborator who puts in the extra time to understand our goals and needs. He is well liked by all of our executives and talent. He is thoughtful, smart, a great listener, and is able to handle/manage many different personality types. Jim Paymar provided an engaging, detailed, and well-structured training to our team on preparing for on-air interviews. He weaved strong storytelling into the training alongside his expertise, which resonated well with our team.

Our team would have uniquely benefitted from a bit more focus on preparing for written interviews rather than a sole focus on television interviews, but overall the skills gained from this training will be useful in any interview format. Thank you, Jim!
