Karen is an excellent media coach - her training is full of practical tips to excel in your first media outing. How to control a conversation, clarifying speech by eliminating fillers and slowing down. Karen personally had a great voice, tone and manner, it was just lovely to be in her presence.

She was genuinely enthusiastic about the book which made me feel like she was cheering for my success and not just "doing her job". Her guidance was phenomenal. Clarity Media with Karen Koh as lead presenter conducted the "Strategic Overview of Polished Communication Fundamentals for Presentations & On-Stage Events" to 90 Meta APAC Women@ attendees last January 13.

We conducted a post event survey and garnered the following results:
-Proportion of attendees who felt confident/very confident in preparing for presentations/on-stage events increased from 18% to 89%
-90% would recommend the training to others

The media training really facilitated my understanding on how I can represent the organisation effectively, should the need arise. Very privileged to get guidance from a trainer who has had a very prominent media career. It was great to go through a real-world experience and learn how to navigate the interview process.

Final note: there's no good word or phrase to describe what Bill does so well. Media training is not even close. It definitely includes media training, but it's more strategic and impactful than that. Content strategist might be better, but that's an abstract phrase that also doesn't capture the strategic and transformative nature of the work.

Bill is a best-in-class simplifier and amplifier.
