Rang them over being knocked off motorcycle. Didnt get beyond the initial call centre as told they dont deal with collisions and to call my insurer.
Bizarre as tgey vlaim to be an acvident management company. Also claim to have 5 stars on Trustpilot.

Excellent service, they contacted me very promptly and informed me of everything I needed to know. They had a courtesy car with me the day after my accident. Hayden dealt with my case and he was absolutely fantastic.

I’m a person who is very difficult to hold down, the only thing I found hard was the length of call. That’s not down to claims line, that was just me.
Not to mention staff names but the 2 people looking after my case were 5 star and brilliant. Hats off to you all

Following a small accident in the hire car which I reported straight away , I received the best and fast response by the claim line. I hope they continue to provide first class service, as I’m hard of hearing they spoke slowly and clear.

Rik dealt with my situation very professionally. I've never been a crash before so he was very understanding and put my mind at rest. Although the the hire care could have been a little bigger and better spec, it was delivered to the address I gave when they said it would be and the handover was done professionally

Absolute scammers. Someone ran into the back of me and I kept getting phone calls to deal with the claim except it was from Claimsline, not the person who hit me's insurance company. I started to get suspicious when on the phone to them and I then spoke to the actual insurance company, they confirmed that Claimsline are essentially trying to jump in front and go through the claim. How they got my number and full details in a world of GDPR I never know. Avoid.

takes about 40 mins to an hour to get through and once through another 20mins when they put u through to correct department and they provide a car that is not same as you had i had a 4x4 luxury and they bring me a Dacia Jogger basic car no apple play cant get sat nav the car was deliverd filthy and spoke to thair transport agent saying car not sutable and nothing like what i had they say they will sort something out will call me back but never do stay well clear of this company

BEWARE
I was in a state of distress and clicked on a site that I thought was my insurance contact details. I spoke with this company multiple times after asking for my insurance. For days they have effectively lied to me about being affiliated with my insurance. Never once did they correct me. When I challenged them my records went missing. They use misleading websites and deceptive tactics. Please becareful if you actually use them knowingly. They hang up and call back. RECORD EVERYTHING. Report them to the FOS, FCA and ICO if you find yourself in the same position!

Avoid! This organisation will masquerade as your own insurance company bordering on fraudulent activity. They are quick enough to get you to sign up to making your claim through them without making it clear they are have not been instructed by the insurance company then have no staff to help if you want to cancel during the cooling off period. Unacceptable.

I has a not at fault accident, reported it to my insurance company and was gobsmacked to find them collecting my car next day and leaving a loan car, the people handling my case were both polite, and professional in every respect, I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Scammers masqueraded as my insurer, tried to scrap a repairable car!Absolute scammers. After a no-fault accident, I was in deep distress and Googled my insurer's number. This predatory accident management company pays for top Google ads and words them to trick you. They even gave me my policy number for the police, completely trapping me in their lie.Once trapped, they passed me to a third-party company called Vision, and the nightmare began. They aggressively tried to force me into a low valuation, wanting to scrap my car immediately just to close the case. They used coercive tactics, claiming I had to accept an "initial payment" and could dispute it later—but warned my hire car would be taken away 5 days after receiving it. It was a trap; once they scrap your car, they will never chase a dispute. They even offered an extra £1,000 if I sent them my logbook (V5C).Thankfully, I kept my logbook and contacted my actual insurance company. They took over, collected the car, and confirmed it is completely repairable! Their valuation was much higher, and repair costs were under 50% of the car's value. Vision just wanted to steal my car to sell it on. Reported to the police for fraud. Avoid at all costs!
