Several orders in the last years, 3 as far as I remember. Everything was fine because the items were shipped without problems until the last one; 2 of 3 items had problems and when I tried to contact them for the first time to get a solution, they don't answer the emails. 3 emails in the past 3 weeks and nothing. I will not trust this store again because they seem to want only customers with no problems but when the customer has one, they don't seem to care a bit not even to write back.

J'ai passé une vingtaine de commande et seulement 2 ou 3 soucis qui on été réglé par le SAV. Très bon site, prix attractif, sav réactif.

Acquistato modellino f1 johnny herbert 1:18 pagato subito con paypal,me l'hanno spedito in USA invece che in Italia,praticamente non mi hanno dato assistenza nè risposte alle e mail,pacco disperso.Sconsiglio fortemente il negozio.

Also ich schreibe ja selten Bewertungen . Aber das muss jetzt mal sein. Ich habe selten erlebt, das ein Shop so sensationell gut verpackt. Die Modelle werden verschickt wie "Meissner Porzellan". Und so kommt die Ware auch an. Der Shop ist Turbo schnell mit dem Versand, und in der Hotline läuft es ebenfalls super. Die sind bei allem behilflich, freundlich und kulant. Umtausch, Austausch alles kein Problem.
Ihr seit wirklich spitze!

Je suis très content des produits que je prend chez eux, les délais livraison respecté,emballage des colis soigné et tarifs très attractifs merci pour bienveillance qu ils ont pour les clients 👍

Première commande une voiture 1/18 ème une portière cassée en plus d'être abîmée. Arrivée dans les délais de livraison malgré tout. Décevant dans l'ensemble j'ai perdu 60 euros

Been a client of the store for years for now. At first i was buying models from their ebay store but now it's more efficient to buy directly from their site, since there are many promotions and vat is neglected for my country. Parcels are always well packed with wrapping materials, no models broken so far. During these harsh times with covid this is the only trusted supplier for my hobby now, cause some models are just impossible to get due to their limited edition amounts.
Hope my experience will proceed further in its successful way

Günstige und reduzierte Preise einerseits ohne Ende schön und gut , andererseits die Preise von Sondermodellen die interessant sind innerhalb von 48 Stunden um 400 Prozent zu erhöhen , finde ich nicht so schön , Kapitalinteresse frisst hier Fachinteresse.....

War bis vor kurzem noch Kunde bei Ihnen aber wo ich gestern meine Bestellung erhalten habe wurde ich enttäuscht der Subaru von Stolberg war offen und wurde zugetackert was soll das denn ich bestelle meine Autos jetzt nur noch bei der Konkurrenz

Achat réalisé le 24 novembre et colis reçu le samedi 27 novembre, correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Très bien emballé, catalogue fourni avec la commande. Je recommande vivement !! Livraison rapide et soignée. Très large choix de produits.

Hallo. Da ich auch ein Modell Liebhaber bin, wollte ich hier mein "Ex-Fahrzeug" als Modell bestellen. Auf der Seite steht: "Das Modell wurde in der gewohnt hochwertigen Minichamps-Qualität produziert und spiegelt das Original bestmöglich wider. ".
Leider ist das nicht so. Der Wagen wir hier mit 5-loch felgen abgebildet und in wirklichkeit sind es 4-loch Felgen. Auch diverse andere Teile entsprechen nicht dem wie der Wagen hier zu erwerben ist. Schade.

J'ai voulu effectuer une commande sur leurs site et payer en 4 fois par PayPal résultat ça ne passe pas à cause de leur site mais pas qu'une seule fois mais trois fois de suite et aucune trace de ma commande sur mon compte ck modelcar, pour parfaire le tous pas de réponse de leurs part sauf pour me dire qu'il n'y a pas de commande enregistrée mon conseil éviter ce site c'est de l anarque

Schauvitrine gekauft. Kam mit Klebespuren. Wurde dann ausgetauscht und ich hatte gebeten beim Austausch darauf zu achten, dass das Modell ok sei: das erhaltene Modell war schlimmer beisammen als das erste!! Wieder Kundenservice kontaktiert, nach 2 Tagen erst Antwort könne zurücksenden oder Minimalrabatt erhalten. Ich wollte einfach nach über einem Monat eine fehlerfreie Vitrine, die eh schon 50 Euro kostet! Bin sehr enttäuscht

Ordered a F1-model, very quick delivery to The Netherlands (delivery took a few days, way faster than I thought it would be). Packaged very well, should be able to resist a lot of bumbs and shocks. Original cartboard box where the model came in looked great and undamaged, same for the model. Great service, great product, will definitely order again!

In this weekend I bought 6 displaycases, and already on tuesday they arrived at my door in Denmark. Not my first buy at Ck-Modelcars.de , and certainly not my last. I'm very satisfied with the Displaycases, who were well packaged. I recommend Ck-Modelcars.de.

First purchase since the Custom Charge was introduced. The Model was Lost in the System. I asked for help from CK Models & was blatantly told it was down to ME to chase & find my Model NOT them!!!!
NEVER AGAIN.

I have bought from these guys for 6 times and most of the times I have a good experience, However in my last purchase I did not receive all the items and they kept blaming other parties for the missing item. The package is sealed and tightly packed when I received it and there is no way someone stole it during shipping.

Their email support is not cooperative and didn't reply me back for 4 days. After i told them i will do a paypal dispute, they replied immediately in less than 5 minute. Currently i have opened a paypal dispute and i hope i got my money back.
