Mag ja sein, dass der Onlineshop toll ist. Sohnemann hat sich am Lausitzring ein Model rausgesucht, aber es durfte nicht genau dieses sein, war wahrscheinlich ein Ausstellungsstück ohne Fehler. Man packte uns dann eines von hinten in die Tüte. Zuhause dann festgestellt, dass ein Spiegel fehlt und der Spoiler schief ist. Danke für nix, Jungs, ihr könnt nicht mal freundlich sein wenn ihr einen bescheißt..Das war mein letzter Kauf bei euch...

Je commande depuis 2018 sur ce site, pour moi, le meilleur site au monde, des prix intéressants, comme les miniatures proposées.
Les frais de livraison son un peu élevés, livraison rapide entre 3 jours et 7 jours max, mais parfois de bonnes promotions/réductions, pour équilibrer la facture.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung nach Österreich, sehr gut verpackt, Modelautos alle in einem sehr guten Zustand. Gerne nochmal.

Purchased two 1/18 models. One arrived damaged. Contacted them and they advised me to return the damaged model and they will refund me the postage and cost of Model.

Thereafter didn’t reply to any of my emails after I sent the model back. In the end had to involve PayPal and open a dispute case. Case closed in my favour and payment refunded.

Jeg har købt to modelbiler, de blev leveret hurtigt og sikkert selvom det er tysk.
Jeg kan anbefale CK Modelcars, hvis du skal have en modelbil.
Jeg vil helt sikkert handle her igen.

Fantastic experience! nothing, really nothing went wrong with an international transactional to the USA.

Zuerst muss man sagen das die sogenannten Angebote die praktisch ständig verfügbar sind, keine Angebote sind. Die Preise liegen meist über den sonst üblichen, also hier wird man schon zu Beginn verar...t. Eine Bestellung kann so wie es aussieht auch schon mal untergehen und einfach liegen bleiben, die Rechnung jedoch wird sofort erstellt und auch fällig. Das ist Nummer 2 nun zur Nummer 3. Die meist überteuerten Produkte sind nicht selten beschädigt. Hier und da was abgebrochen oder Lackschäden, offensichtlich mehrfach hin und her geschickte Modelle mit Verpackungen die so aussehen als hätte man die vom Trödelmarkt geholt. Kundenservice ist dann Punkt Nummer 4, denn dieser ist sogut wie unerreichbar. Auch auf mails wird nur langsam reagiert. Bei Problemen z.B. mit DHL (Paket ist stark beschädigt oder gar verschwunden), bekommt man bestenfalls eine Sevicenummer von DHL um die Sache selbst zu regeln. Auch hier, aufgrund der Paketverfolgung nachprüfbar das man die Lieferung nicht erhalten hat, bleibt natürlich die Rechnung an einem hängen. Zu guter letzt noch die Auswahl des Unternehmens...nunja...es werden sogut wie alle Hersteller von Modellen angegeben, doch wenn man unter eben diesen sucht kommt fast immer "keine Artikel gefunden". Die Produktpalette umfasst im großen und ganzen das was man auch im Spielwarenladen finden kann, nur als kostspieligeres "Angebot". Ist ja auch was oder? Es handelt sich hier um ein typisches E-Commerce Unternehmen mit einem eindeutigem Motto...UND WIEDER EIN KUNDE ÜBER DEN TISCH GEZOGEN...

Die durchgestrichenen, angeblichen Originalpreise für Porsche Design Bekleidung entspricht nicht den tatsächlichen Preisen. Somit sind die angeblichen Sonderangebote von ck teurer als die Originalpreise auf der Porsche Homepage.

Meine Bestellung ist seit 5 Tagen in der Vorbereitung für den Versand.
Ich habe versucht über das sogenannte Service Telefon das ganze zu klären, aber dort ist entweder besetzt, oder es geht niemand ran.
Das war wohl das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe.

Huge selection of model and competitive prices, added what I wanted to the cart placed the order, took less then a week to arrive from Germany to ireland, Great packing no problems whatsoever any time I've ordered off them, will definitely return. :)

Huge selection. But a horrible lack of costumer service when they pack it the wrong Way and the goods gets destroyed inside the package..

Avoid at all costs. Received 1:18 model with rear wing completely broken off. E-mailed them numerous times and sent photos of the broken model and they have not replied to any of them. Also sent a message on messenger to which they replied and told me send them an email. Absolute disgrace and disgusting customer service. I have since opened a case with PayPal. Do not purchase from this company.

3 months waiting for my order and still nothing received. I've send several which they respond twonofvthem and stated that I have to wait a little bit more as they make a mistake in my address. As a client for several years which I spent a lot of money this is not acceptable

I ordered a car because it was really cheap, it got send off the next day. I live in Belgium, but the package arrived after four days. I opened it and my car was fully protected with paper etc.

Very unreliable customer service. They tell you one thing in the emails and do the opposite when when they send you the model. Obviously they have plenty od customers and don't care about YOU !

Ordered 9 items, all came correctly and were very well packed. Took 2 weeks to arrive so bear that in mind if buying from the UK and needed urgently.
Prices were very good and far cheaper than UK websites, great range as well for F1 models.
Also, if buying from the UK you will be charged VAT during shipping and £6-12 customs handling charge so factor extra 20% in addition to the cost when ordering.

I ordered from them a couple of months ago, and received wrong item. Obviously that was frustrating, especially because of the hassle of returning the item from a different continent, but they were very understanding, responded quickly to my emails, and refunded me fully including the shipping to return item.

Bought from them again recently and am very satisfied with the product. Shipping was quite fast, just a little over a week, and they package their items well.
