Took my bike to get gears adjusted as everyone else couldn’t get them right.
When I got it back they were perfect !
Excellent service !

Tom repaired my shifter, saving me a very expensive replacement, when would have been easy to just replace the pair! Called on Saturday when it was damaged, dropped the bike off Tuesday morning and picked it up all done a few hours later! Top class job and top class service, can’t fault the team at CJ performance!

Always take my bike there for a service, good prices & smashing set of lads who give honest advice-they dont just try to sell you the most expensive part but the part thats right for you.

Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Did not know this shop even existed until I was searching for a new bike and these guy's popped up with one in stock. From start to finish I could not fault the purchasing process. Communication was prompt and it was not unusual for them to call rather than email. My purchase was cycle to work,for a small deposit they kept the bike for over 3 weeks waiting on me getting my voucher. Delivery was prompt and the bike was very carefully packaged. I only had to straighten the handle bars, add the pedals then it was ready to go. I have added them to my favourites and will definitely use them again.

Brilliant service! Ordered a bike on the Wednesday was delivered on the Friday at a good price. Would highly recommend and would be using again.

Never normally get around to writing reviews but thought my experience deserved feedback. Phoned on a Friday to understand likely delivery times on a bike for my daughter. Within a couple of minutes on the phone I had it confirmed that the particular bike I wanted was in stock (not a given in the run up to Christmas) and confident that it would arrive in time. A few working days later the bike arrived in a big box fully assembled and with the unexpected bonus of front and rear mudguards. Would have no problem recommending this business to others and will definitely look again if buying another bike in the future

order delayed by an item they did not have in stock. it was advertised as in stock. selling things you dont have and then making your customers wait while you order in the parts is beyond infuriating. how can you sell things you dont physically have?

Called up to to purchase a bike, really helpful/nice staff who made everything hassle-free. Processed my order quickly and got my bike shipped out to me fast, couldn't ask for better service. Will be getting my next bike from here.

Excellent personal and knowledgeable service. Took time with my daughter to get the right product. Refreshing to find a retailer who wants to sell you what's right for you not simply what gets them the most profit. Will be back again for my other daughter when she needs new bike/helmet.

Have been using CJs for a number of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They offer a great service in the workshop and their sales team are honest and friendly without being pushy.
The lads have an extensive skill set and offer great advise and help with off road, CX, Touring and TT requirements. Keep up the great work 👍

Very good local bike shop. I’ve used the Cramlington shop a number of times to purchase a bike and spare parts. They’ve helped me out in emergencies to keep my bike on the road even when they are busy. Keep up the good work.

Always found it to be friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.

I was so happy to Find a bike for my daughter on their website and purchased it plus a helmet which was on a bundle deal.

With purchase receipt in my inbox I eagerly waited for dispatch email as promised “If you purchase before 24:00” but it never happened.

Next evening I emailed them to see if they shipped the bike cause my daughter was waiting for her surprise but I was shocked when informed that due to a “human error” their stock data was apparently wrong and the bicycle I ordered “Actually doesn’t exist in stock”

I gave 2 stars for instant refund Via PayPal and apologetic replies to mine but no offers on bikes from same class was made to me.

It could be 5 stars if things were different.

Top class. Not only was the bike the best price but they went all out to get it to me ahead of schedule as it was for my son's birthday. Kept me updated with progress of the order and delivery and bike arrived well packaged and damage free. I will be looking to buy myself a new bike soon and won't hesitate in using them.
