I used citylink recently and got the express bus to the airport which is such a great service. Seats are comfy, driver was very friendly & accommodating. He was especially helpful to an older lady who needed help with her bags.
My flight home landed early and I was able to take an earlier then booked bus back, which is so great as I didn't have to wait around for the bus I originally booked. Would 100% recommend using this service.

I have been using Citylink for sometime now as a regular visitor to Dublin , i find the buses always to be clean and tidy and always on time .. It's always been smooth sailing ...wud highly recommend . I find the bus drivers very friendly especially a Noel and a Catherine .. keep up the great work

Three hours of absolute misery. The bus emitted a piercing, high-pitched squeal every single time the driver accelerated. It happened repeatedly for the entire journey and made it impossible to relax or sleep.
There is no excuse for putting a coach with an obvious mechanical fault into service. If the noise was that noticeable to every passenger, it should have been repaired before leaving the depot or the bus should have been replaced.
Customers pay for a comfortable, reliable service—not to spend three hours listening to a vehicle that clearly needed maintenance. This was completely unacceptable.

Been using Citylink for nearly 20 years and have always been happy with the service and staff. The bus always goes on time and the drivers are very friendly. Also appreciate the new bus routes and services they have added over the past few years, very handy not having to go into the city to catch the bus.

I regularly use citylink and have to say they are the best. Comfortable clean buses with friendly and efficient staff. I wanted to get an earlier bus and was able to change my ticket, thanks to the online team it was done without any hassle.

Great service with extremely friendly and professional staff. My experience on my journey was very smooth with the driver going above and beyond to accommodate me helping me when I was unsure of my stop and also where to go when I got off. Highly recommend this service and will be using again and again.

Went into office in Galway and guy at desk was very helpful at booking tickets for me at short notice.

Any time I get the citylink busses they are so comfy. The customer service always helps me any time I have questions so I have to say 10/10 they will go out of their way to assist.

I have used Irish Citylink many times travelling to Dublin Airport and have always found them to be very reliable, great customer service and value for money. Also, during one trip we left one of our bags on board and it was recovered very quickly.

Always a great service and never a problem accommodating my bicycle. I took the bus from Kilbeggan to Ballinasloe, driver allowed the appropriate time for me to be sure the bike was safe and had a very pleasant trip. I think Citylink is a great option for touring cyclists.

Travelled to the hurling semi final and they had plenty of buses going and coming home… our trip ran very smooth. The staff is wonderful and the bus drivers always pleasant!

I was on the Dublin to Cork 18:30 on July 4th where the bus driver fell asleep behind the wheel twice! Citylink try to say he made a 'safe journey' I'd love to see what footage they were looking at as not only myself but 60-70 other passengers also saw the same. Not only was he asleep he was driving all over the road he is a reckless driver An absolute disgrace trying to brush this under the carpet! What will the response be when that driver does it again but kills people? What excuse will ye try to come up with?
