Missing products, delay, lower quantity than advertised
Received the products with delay, after 11 days from the order confirmation.
Shipment was late, and with missing items. The weight of the product was lower than that advertised and paid for (e.g., Grana Padano advertised and paid for 2.5Kg, arrived 2.1Kg).
Customer service was entitled, trying to find useless justifications rather than just apologising for the delay and the missing items.
