Great and personal experience!
Had the best experience ordering from Ciberia! Finally ordered the top that I’ve been i love with for months, and it is just perfect. Not only was the shipping experince fast and easy, the girls who own the shop was also very helpful and answered all of my questions about size, colours etc. Will definitely buy from the store again!

Good experience and quality
I just received my tops, and they look just as good in person as on the website/instagram - nice quality as well. The delivery took longer than expected which sucked because everything else was so seamless.. The costumer service was great though and they were really helpful. Definitely not my last purchase from them!

Bought a couple of tops, my girlfriend are completely nuts with them. A little mix-up with the size on one of them, but quickly solved with sending correct size.

Fantastic service and a great website

Ikke nok med at de vildleder deres kunder ift. at produkterne er direkte importeret fra alibaba/shein hvor forholdende er absurd dårlige for alle involverede, så skal man overføre pengene direkte til ejerens personlige MobilePay ved køb. Dybt uetisk og uansvarlig virksomhed der udnytter både kunder og dem der producere deres varer.

We’re very sorry to read your review, but we have to clarify that your statement is not correct. All Ciberia designs are created in-house by us – we do not import from fast fashion sites like Alibaba or Shein, and we do not wish to be associated with that type of business model.
We put a lot of effort into our design process, fabric sourcing, and production, and we care deeply about offering unique, original pieces to our customers. Payment through MobilePay was a temporary solution we used in the very early days of the brand, but all orders have always been processed securely.
We take accusations like this seriously, and we want to reassure our customers that Ciberia is an independent brand built on our own designs and creative vision.

Denne virksomhed videresælger produkter fra SHEIN der koster 4-5$ og sælger dem for 4-600kr. Dette er uetisk forretning, og i hvert fald et scam for køberne, da kvaliteten er den samme.
Så køb ikke her, da denne butik profiterer utrolig meget på fast-fashion og dårlige arbejdsvilkår uden at fortælle hvordan produktet er lavet på deres egen hjemmeside. Bemærk at der på ingen måde står at tøjet er lavet af de to der har oprettet virksomheden
