if i could choose to give this site zero stars i would. I don’t have words to explain how much I’m mad right now at this “brand”. Please do yourself a favor and listen to these reviews before buiyng.

Less than 1 star! I am appalled by Skylr…
- my order has not arrived yet despite it being longer than a month I ordered it
- no tracking available, so who knows where my parcel is if it’s even coming
- customer service refused to help and is now ignoring my attempts to contact them

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS BRAND, they are simply scamming money out of you!

The quality of the dress is extremely poor. I ordered a polka-dot set, but the dots are not proper dots at all. The pattern is uneven, irregular and does not match the product photos. At first, I thought it might be a printing error, but there is not a single normal dot anywhere on the dress.

The worst part is the return process. I tried to return the item, which should be a basic customer right, but they have not responded properly. Because of their delayed response, the 15-day return period has now passed and I am unable to complete the return.

Very disappointing experience overall. Everything wrong with this brand.

I would not recommend this brand at all.
My order took more than a month to arrive, and the quality of the products is very poor. On top of that, the sizing is completely inaccurate. I ordered a size S, but it was extremely oversized—more like a M/L.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my purchase.

Ho speso 75 euro per un costume e un vestito ordinati il 6 giugno e mai ricevuti. Non rispondono alle mail e il servizio clienti non esiste. La pagina su instagram è totalmente inutilizzata. È una truffa e le recensioni positive sono false. L’azienda è da denuncia e le persone a capo, ammesso esistano, da galera.

I've never had a worse experience than this! The website says it takes 2-5 business days for the package to arrive, but that's absolutely not true. I placed the order on June 10th. I've emailed them at least 4 times, but I've never received a response. The package arrived today, June 25th, but I've never received anything. Customer service is as if it doesn't exist, as I'm not receiving any responses or solutions. I MUST REPORT!!!!!

So first of all it took them about 3 weeks to ship the clothes to me and they only did it because I had to text them on Instagram in the comments that they’re taking their sweet time :( I also wrote them an email asking for a refund or at least something little since it’s been 2 weeks over the estimated shipping date…nothing … then the clothes finally arrived (couldn’t use them for a Birthday party anymore) and the quality is so bad + the size was way too big unfortunately so I wanted to send everything back which you only have 14 days and I texted them right away asking to return it and they don’t answer so now I have to sell the stuff on Vinted which nobody seems interested in.. literally worst experience

It’s been a month and a half since I ordered two dresses, I sent 3 emails to the customer service because I had no information for my order til now and they didn’t respond to the 3 emails. I have asked a total refund today. Their delivery services and customer service are really bad I should have read the reviews on this brand . I will never buy this brand again very bad experience!

My order would arrive in 5 days. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I their customer service does not reply to my messages.

Horrible customer service! The claim they reply in 24 hours and I have been sending them messages for more than 2 weeks and I just got 1 reply and then silece.

The discount is not limited. also, i bought two dresses, they sent me an email saying one was out of stock (even though on the site that dress was still available).
still i asked for the refund of the one that was out of stock and they answered yes right away.
now i have one dress, that for 45€ is completely bad quality, and most importantly i never received my refund of the dress that costed 33€.
they were answering email when needed but now that i'm asking for my money back they are completely ignoring me.

This website is totally a disaster. They said my order will be here between 2 and 5 days. It’s been 3 days and it’s not even prepared. Plus, the discount is not event limited. They are just manipulating our stress to make us buy their stuff

If you reverse image search each of the pieces or even the sets, they’re all stollen from real websites, including Runaway The Label, I Am Delilah, Ance Gria, Jaded London, Peppermayo, Tiger Mist.

If you buy from here you’re just buying a badly made and cheap copy of an original dress you can get from somewhere else.

I have to say it took a while to arrive, but I was told it was due to high demand. The product arrived, and I love it.

This is totally fake. I bought a t shirt from this website a few weeks ago, but it still hasn’t been shipped. They said there are a lot of demands but no way that they don’t ship my product until now. They responded to my first email, but ignored my second and third email. When I bought a product, there was 10 min left for the 50% discount and you know what? There are STILL discount. It never ends.
