I had a tooth out today . The dentist understood my sensitivity to pain having migraine .She was excellent . Thank you. The ladies on reception always helpful and friendly .

I am one of those annoying nervous patients but from start to finish Nelson put me at ease. He is so cheerful and personable which is very refreshing and he explains everything he is about to do and updates as he goes along. He clearly enjoys what he does. The procedure was not painful at all and the finished result is perfect. I have complete confidence in Nelson and now that I have found him, I don’t want to go anywhere else.

Yesterday I attended a 45 minute appointment with Gabriella. From start to finish both herself and Lynn put me at ease.i had to have 2 large fillings sided bottom and 2 teeth rebuilt front bottom. For the 1st time in over a year I can smile again. For someone who doesn't like attending the dentist I am actually looking forward to my next 2 appointments.

My whole family are patients of Dr David Clunie starting in 1990. A very nervous 30 year old with previously bad experiences with so called dentists entered the building but over the years David Clunie has nursed me along, giving psychological help as much as fantastic dental care. No matter the issue I had, I've always had complete faith in his care and that of his practice to look after me. All with a smile from everyone. Cannot praise this practice enough.

All staff and receptionists are friendly and helpful.
The dentist I see Meena Samra is so lovely and caring, she takes time to listen and always puts me at ease, nothing is to much trouble for her.

I would thoroughly recommend Nelson Spinola. He is always cheerful, courteous and puts me at ease, whether I am having a routine check up or a filling. Recently I have had 3 crowns fitted. The way I was treated was explemplary. Nelson explained everything as he went along and there was barely any pain, just the minimal amount of discomfort you would expect for such a complicated procedure. I am amazed how dentistry has evolved over the years, so thank you CSDP for providing us with state of the art dentistry and a high level of care.

Highly recommend Dr Hopkins and staff. Great advice/ treatment and reassurance given to my 12 year old son with dental/care and hygiene ready for orthodontist treatment.
Very quick referral to orthodontist also. Cant thank you enough.

Went to this dentist after years of being frightened of dentists, on arrival the receptionists were very professional and nice, went to see Dr Hussain and he was so nice explained everything to me and the best solution for my needs, thank you every one

I had to have route canal and from the outset Elin (My Dentist)was just amazing. She explained everything to me as we progressed through the treatment and always asked if I was ok. I was a little nervous but I never felt a thing and I enjoyed the chat between Elin, her assistant and myself (when I could physically talk without something in my mouth🤣). I needed 3 treatments for this but only managed 2 as (to cut a long story short), I decided on an extraction, which I had today. Again, Elin was so supportive and gave me all the alternatives before I decided. She is calm,friendly and supportive. I couldn’t ask for a more gentle dentist who is so lovely. Thank you Elin for putting my faith back in dentistry. You are amazing xx

Another visit for my treatment today,once again what a relaxing atmosphere,I was treated by Emily and Scott ,both excellent and worked superb together with great humour which is brilliant to put you at ease .look forward to my next visit.thank you all again .

It has taken me 2 yrs to finding nhs Dentist. I needed new false teeth. Hand my 12 month inspection to day every thing ok.
Dr Yvonne is excellent very polite. Nothing is to much trouble and staff are very understanding. At last I had enjoy my food.

Everything about my wife's and my visit was excellent. The receptionist was polite and professional, we didn't have to wait long, the consultation was arranged to be downstairs (my wife has reduced mobility) and the dentist, Nico, was friendly, polite, informative and reassuring. The time in the chair was comfortable and painless, and we were both explained what was happening at every step of the process. I would certainly recommend Church Street Dental Practice to anyone. 5 star service from all Ive had dealings with. Receptionists are always so polite amd when you call and theyre busy they always call back saying they had a missed call from you!!! Never in any service have i received such high levels of customer service!!!

Great Dental practice, I went to this practice when Fragley and Willets were the dentists, it now has new dentists, although they are just as good. My first visit was to evaluate my needs! And within a week I was back in, and all problems solved, VERY HAPPY!

My wife has been a private patient with them for a number of years but the quality of their service has plummeted. Over the past couple of years I think she has managed one examination and one hygiene visit. This is not through want of trying but she will make an appointment then between 1 week and 2 months before the appointment get a text message telling her that it has been cancelled. Whilst the receptionists try to help all she has been offered is a new appointment which then gets cancelled again. Once is forgivable, twice is excusable (perhaps) but this is happening repeatedly. Good luck if you need continual care and do not expect 6 monthly check ups!

I have never had a problem with them. they are very respectful of your scheduled and are generally helpful with your dental care

Absolutely fantastic, everytime I've been I have been treated with respect. Dr Yvonne Hopkins and her team are all brilliant, they make you feel welcome it's like being part of there family . Well done, I have used them for many years and will keep using them . A big thank you .
