Attended for cryotherapy on some skin lesions. On both occasions, the staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

I paid £100 for cryotherapy treatment that had absolutely no effect on my skin lesions. When I questioned this, instead of receiving a satisfactory explanation I was fobbed off with the cause being my auto immune system. This I found lacking in any credibility and scientific support. An autoimmune condition (not that I have one) does not stop local dermatological cryotherapy from destroying the targeted tissue.

I understand that medical and cosmetic treatments do not always work for everyone, but charging £100 for a treatment that produced no result and then dismissing concerns with questionable explanations is not acceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Attended for a travel vaccine appointment after consult last week. Both pharmacists were very lovely, professional and knowledgeable. I liked the frequent reminders sent and the opportunity to reschedule was very straightforward. All in all this pharmacy offers an excellent service.

We had made the appointment a little too soon so the pharmacist set us right about the delay between doses and we rearranged the appointment for a later date. I thought this was very professional.

I was taken on time and, prior to the vaccination I was given all the information I needed regarding aftercare. I was asked if there was anything I needed to know re side effects etc. I was also given a letter to take to my GP so the vaccination could be added to my medical records and given a booklet with proof of vaccination. The staff were really nice, the process was quick and easy and the price was also very good in comparison to Boots and Superdrug. I would highly recommend this Travel Clinic.

I went to this chemist for the first time as I needed wax removed from my ears, from the moment I walked in I was made feel welcome and at ease as the staff couldn't do enough for me, thank you for everything you have a great wee team.

The counter staff and pharmacist were pleasant and helpful and gave an air of competence.
The injection was genuinely painless.

I was looking to book removal of a skin tag local to me and found Battlefield Pharmacy. It was a simple and easy experience to book an appointment online at a time convenient to me. On arriving at the Pharmacy I was taken at my appointment and the pharmacist talked me through the process, explained what would happen during the procedure, checked my medical history, also ensured that I understood the after care and made sure there was time for me to have any questions answered. It was quick and painless. The staff were very helpful and I would not hesitate recommending the Pharmacy to anyone who is looking for a similar service.

I am all for supporting local businesses, but this clinic/pharmacy is utterly traumatising experience for my 3 year old and me as him mom. Came to get a vaccine and on the way out my son was injured by a member of staff, he cut my son's finger catching it in a slide door. Blood was all over and NO ONE in the pharmacy offered ANY HELP! Its freaking pharmacy, no FIRST AID? or just a human empathy to help bleeding customer injured by your personel on your premises??? The guy who did it cowardly sat at the back office, no appologies whatsoever. As my son was bleeding from his finger and I had just tissues with me, I asked for a plaster and being CHARGED for a pack of plasters on top of the servise! This is not only unprofessional, the whole situation is scandalous. The only person who tried to calm my son somehow was another lady customer... Shocking behaviour from the staff, obviously will not be back again.
