Battlefield Pharmacy & Travel Clinic Recenzje

Fantastically friendly and professional service, the behavior of everyone I came into contact with was priceless.

Went to get travel vaccination - destination Brazil. Fantastic service.

I went for ear wax removal, I was taken on time, the pharmacist explained everything to me, did the procedure and it was all very efficient....exactly what I wanted as the discomfort caused by building up had been driving me mad

Great service from the start, staff so friendly, had great communication and the results are amazing. I should've done this years ago. Would definitely reccomend.

Staff were very helpful. I received the vaccination quickly and efficiently. I was provided with a record of the vaccine received.

Excellent service staff and price

Excellent service, advice and delivery of vaccinations from the pharmacist Cameron.

Poor service and to top it off I witnessed a blonde employee drinking smirnoff tinnies at the drivers seat in her car shortly after closing on tuesday. Will be reporting.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful, easy to talk to and informative.

I booked an online travel vaccination which was very easy to do. I thought the cost was reasonably priced and the service was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to book an appointment online and the actual procedure was quick and painless although the relief was amazing. Pharmacist was very good explaining what would happen and it was over in minutes.

Since the new management took over, the standards at this pharmacy have declined significantly. In my experience, the environment has become unprofessional, with poor customer service, rude staff, and a lack of cleanliness.

I have also been concerned about medication errors and other practices that have affected my confidence in the pharmacy’s commitment to patient safety.

Most concerning of all, I have seen what I believe to be inappropriate use of social media, including patients being identified on Facebook. If accurate, this raises serious concerns about patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Overall, I no longer trust this pharmacy and would not recommend it. I hope these issues are investigated and addressed as a matter of urgency.

Attended the Pharmacy to have skin tag removed.
I was put at ease and treatment fully explained by Pharmacist before removal which was very quick and painless. I was able to easily book an appointment on line for a time suitable for me. This is a great help as treatment not available with NHS

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Pharmacist explained everything and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this pharmacy for the Cryotherapy procedure.

Super efficient, friendly and reasonably priced

Very easy booking system, efficient and friendly staff. The pharmacist explained the treatment process and aftercare clearly. Would use again.

I recently got a vaccination and was really impressed with how kind and knowledgeable the vaccinator was. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated the accessibility of the clinic, and the thoughtfuless of the staff towards my needs. Many thanks!
