Poor customer service
I absolutely loved Chupi jewellery and have quite a few pieces. I was so disappointed with their customer service. My Chupi chain snapped which resulted in me loosing the pendants; they were a gift from my husband to represent my daughters. I emailed to see if the pendants could be bought separately, without the chain, and never received a response. I got a generic response saying they would contact me, but that never happened. I don't like shopping with a company that can’t even respond to an email when something goes wrong, especially considering the price of the pieces. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on

Extremely helpful and patient
I came in today to get ideas for my mams 50th. Cecelia was so helpful and patient with me, and let me express the idea to her. We settled on a lovely piece and I will definitely be back to get them in the next few weeks.
I’ve never had someone actually take the time to listen about my opinion when discussing about getting jewellery before.
Cannot recommend this store and Cecelia enough !!

Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was looking for an item that was discontinued and no longer on line, but would hold enormous sentimental value if I could get my hands on it. The very lovely Marianne managed to find me one and was sure to put it aside to ensure I got it. It's a beautiful piece of jewellery and I'm beyond thrilled. I unfortunately did not get the name of the lady who assisted me in store, but she was also a joy to deal with! Would recommend Chupi to everyone I know now as it was such a positive experience for me

Stunning wedding rings. We got a matching his and hers set, ethical and lab grown rings. Modelled/mould from a tree. Chupi was delight to work with in the store at Powerscourt Town Centre and also seamless online. They delivered well before the expected range and prices were very good for the quality. Highly recommend.

We had such a lovely experience in their store looking for engagement rings.
Our consultant was really lovely, she served us prosecco and took their time to show us through the collection with real knowledge, advising on cuts and lifestyle wear (I'm medical so can't wear a big rock.)
We are choosing our ring together because he knows I'm looking for something sustainable and this is the only jeweller we went to that didn't roll their eyes at me when I asked about sustainability!
Definitely recommend a stop here if you are on the engagement ring journey.

We spent over £10K and had several issues in dealing with them. The diamond was smaller than advertised, we had to fly back and forth to collect a replacement
Then the VAT reclaim was unsuccessful because the supplied forms weren’t correct and the suppliers they use are no longer valid. Then I was unresponded to for over a month.
Would absolutely not recommend Chupi.

We have investigated your purchase history with Chupi and have found that in our attempt to create a custom-made engagement ring for you in haste, it is true that our team selected and set the wrong stone for your beautiful piece. This was immediately rectified at speed and with our sincerest apologies at the time and your subsequent 5-star Google Review indicated that you were very satisfied with how we resolved the issue.
We offer virtual consultation for our international clients as well as free, customs and duties paid shipping to your country of residence along with complimentary returns should any issue arise. At no point was there a requirement for you to fly back and forth to resolve sales or services of your purchases.
As a small business, we work hard to maintain a quality and excellence in customer service for all our customers and it is with regret we see this work impacted by your experience of a third party agency’s neglect to inform us of changes to their service in the Airport.
As our customer, we continue to work to achieve all we can for you and as such we have reached out to the tax agent to communicate your frustration at your experience. They have apologised to us and offered to try to resolve your tax claim directly.
While we know this cannot change your experience with us and we do regret any upset caused, we hope that this clarifies the situation. At Chupi, we strive to provide all of our customers with the best possible care and we do value your feedback as it helps us to continue to learn and improve.
