I launched a campaign on Chuffed expecting the usual online nonsense — forms arguing with me, buttons hiding, the whole digital obstacle course. Instead, everything actually worked. Clean setup, clear steps, and when my first donation came through, Chuffed celebrated harder than I did. My inbox lit up like it had won the lottery.
Then the CEO emailed me personally. Thought I was in trouble for a second, but no — just a friendly “Hey mate, mind leaving a review?” Like a neighbor leaning over the fence asking to borrow a cup of sugar.
If you want a platform that treats real people like real people, doesn’t make you swear at your keyboard, and sends you cheerful emails at exactly 8:06 pm, Chuffed is a solid choice. Five stars from me

I’m truly so grateful for finding out about Chuffed. The process of creating a campaign was so simple, and stress-free. I’m fundraising for a Palestinian child, who’s in need of basic necessities, so truly every moment really matters. After my experience with GoFundMe, where transfers were paused for more than two weeks for a “review”, and are actually still paused till this day. I was honestly really upset, but I’m glad that chuffed didn’t create any unnecessary delays for no absolute reason. This should be seen as an urgent matter, where a person is between life, and death, and sadly GoFundMe didn’t understand that. But I’m truly thankful that Chuffed did, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. 🫶

Very user friendly and doesn’t require any extra “authorizations” to donate for a certain campaign. It stated explicitly where the extra fees was going (they’re optional) which is why I trusted their transparency. The payment methods are easy to navigate and nothing sketchy can come from it. It took me less than 5mins to finish the whole transaction. Overall, great platform that deserves more credit than other “donation” websites.

Super simple to use and pay, Apple Pay is available which is super easy and my preferred method for ease of use.
It’s just a straight up no BS, honest, efficient and simple way to make a donation. Excellent!
