Yet again allowing just stop oil to raise funds for their founders champagne lifestyle. Current fundraiser is using pictures of andy Burnham and kemi badenoch on it as though they are part of the Team. This is in clear contradiction of chuffed rules and regulations but they dont care because they are taking a cut out of it. Disgusting behaviour

Really grateful Chuffed exists. Very simple platform. I feel happy I've made a safe, ethical choice. Easy to navigate and user-friendly for the donor too.

So easy to get started

I chose Chuffed.org for my fundraiser to raise money to build pools on the beaches in Gaza and pay instructors to provide free swimming lessons to the children of Gaza as the main SWG in the UK also use them.
Chuffed has been easy to set up and they have a good secure payments platform through Stripe.
I like that they do not charge the fundraiser.
Sponsors donations go fully to Swim With Gaza and the sponsor can choose to support the Chuffed platform with an optional donation.
So far the campaign has run smoothly on Chuffed and I have no hesitation recommending them

Seamless experience and easy set up to estar a campaign quickly.

Campaign was easy to start and that was nice.
Sadly the rest was just a disappointment.
My campaign was blocked without clear explanation, after I quickly raised over 1000 dollars. I was asked to prove my identity many times to Stripe without clear resolution, and still marked task uncompleted. Almost non existent live support; I kept repeating explanations and questions in emails over and over.
Seven days later all my funds and donations still blocked I finally regained access to account, only to find I still cannot access it.
In the end Chuffed informed me that raising funds for Cuba is not allowed as it is on restriction list (?!).
And you claim to support humanitarian causes based on the need of people affected by emergencies and disasters?
Cuban people are in dark, hungry, ill and with no-one coming to help. My campaign was for a family who has kids and elderly, suffering for months.
Maybe you need to consider the effects politics has on your business and bussInes partners.
My donors are still waiting for refunds and I lost people’s patience, support and money.
My family is still hungry.
The fees were taken and Im left disappointed, sad and frustrated.

It was super easy to setup the campaign! And just a few minutes after launching i received my first donation! So excited to get started with this important project!
