So here it is basically these people did their magic...i received awhile ago an At&t iPhone 5s from the states, im currently down in dominican republic finishing med school. So basically the phone was locked, i had used it with a Turbo Sim and it worked fine but service was a bit unstable as well as the internet connection i had perviously looked for an unlock option and it was ridiculously expensive some stores here wanted to charge $160 but hey i kept using the turbo sim, in the past 3 months ive bought 4 turbosim equalling almost 100 dollars, i found chronic unlock and im must say im just a pleased customer i had submitted my request on sunday evening and on tueday night they had sent me an email saying my device was unlocked i inserted the sim and turned on the device as it was turned off and Viola it worked like a charm, im currently running LTE on the Claro network here in dominican republic which is just amazing considering the way everything works here..........If you guys need any help let me know..

it took 2 days longer than it should have but other than that, this is a very trustworthy company who unlocked my AT&T iPhone 5s for a great price! I recommend chronic unlocks.

I was a little worried about using this company after the bad reviews but it worked. This company is not a scam. They unlocked my att iphone 6. Had paid for 48 hours. took 3 days. but not too bad considering they probably have a bunch of iphone 6 orders. Would recommend to a friend.

The "economy" service sold with a delivery time of 1-7 days took 15 days to complete. So use this service with caution and don't expect 1-7 days delivery. Once the order is given it can not be cancelled unless the unlocking operation is unsuccesful. That's because they are forwarding the request to another vendor, they are not unlocking by themselves. Because of the delay I tried to cancel the order but they didn't do it and I had a very hard time to get even a response for my cancellation request. At the end I received a message stating that my phone was unlocked but I didn't have the phone any more to see whether it is unlocked or not :-) So are they scammers? Definitely not but keep your expectations low.. If I knew this trustpilot site before the order, I would definitely choose another service provider..

My AT&T iPhone 5S was unlocked within less than 2 days of placing the order.
I had initially tried with AT&T directly with no avail. I was desperate to get the phone working as we had paid the full price of around $600 at a non-Apple store without realizing that the unit would work on AT&T network only. The sales person promised that the phone was unlocked and simply inserting the SIM card was necessary. But this was not the case.
The store return policy was 14 days and we could not return the unit as it was taken to India.
I was apprehensive about using any websites for unlocking the phone. But I am happy that I found Chronic Unlocks. Thank you for helping us with the unlocking process.

Chronic Unlocks is legit and the very best in the IMEI FACTORY UNLOCK business. For real folks. this is no lie. I ordered unlock twice from two different online providers and both were unable to deliver after making me wait for almost a month each. they claimed the phone is blacklisted but I check and the phone was not blacklisted.

I emailed Chronic Unlocks and Will Strafach responded and assured me the phone can be unlocked within 7 days. I placed my order on Monday 09-08-2014 and on Thursday 09-11-2014 I received an email at 5:45 am that the phone is unlocked. Since it was iPhones 5, there was specific instruction that it does not need a reboot.

I went to T-Mobile store 09-12-2014 and change my sim card to Nano and BINGO the AT$T phone is working with a T-Mobile sim. I am very excited and very grateful.

Hello everybody. Here goes my testimony:
At the beginning I was afraid that could be a scam, because the unlock took more time than the estimated...
After a contact from Will, himself justifying that they're with lot of work due to lots of requests.
They promised a new due date that was the end of this week.
I was very (positive) surprised because the job was done yesterday at the same time that I was receiving an email.

I purchased a 64gb iPhone 5s on eBay for 300. It was icloud locked. For a reasonable fee I was able to remove the icloud lock with chronic unlocks whereby doubling the value of my phone.
