First few days the face oil felt lovely & I believed the hype! Then it began to give me awful spots! I persevered as felt I may be going through an adjustment phase, but by day 10 I looked like I was verging on acne, which Ive never had in my life! I reached out numerous times for support & never received a reply. Save your money, this is a total rip off & they clearly don’t care….

Moisturiser left me with itchy horrible rash. I want a refund.

The serum is very heavy and leaves your skin very sticky. The smell is very intense. I will never purchase this product again. It is over priced without great results. I don't use it on my face anymore as I cannot stand the feel of it. The moisturiser not much better. I thought I would support an Australian based product, but won't buy again

This relates to MUD Australia. I’ve had an atrocious experience with this online retailer. It started on 8 December with my first order, when an up-sell item was added without me noticing until a second purchase confirmation email came through a few minutes later showing the additional item. No phone number on the website to contact them, so I emailed straight away, which went unnoticed until I messaged on FB on 9 December, by which time the items had been dispatched. They said they would refund the unwanted item and would send a return label. They would refund once the item arrived at their warehouse. Despite the promo advertising free express post, my parcel arrived via standard post on 16 December. After pointing this out to them, I am told they were very busy, hence not able to send all orders via express. After chasing up a number of times, I received the return label via email on 30 December - 3 weeks after they said they would arrange this. I sent off the item via Aus Post and delivery was attempted on 2 January, but no-one was in attendance and no safe place to leave, so it was taken to the local PO for collection. I advised them of this and had to remind them a number of times over the following 2 weeks. They said they were too busy to collect it and actually asked me to contact the PO and arrange re-delivery to them. This I refused to do and suggested they arrange redelivery themselves. I got a tracking message saying if it wasn’t collected by 16 December the parcel would be returned back to me. I let them know this. On 15 December they told me it had been collected, and the refund finally done. I have asked 3 times now for contact details of the owner of the business, and this information has not been forthcoming. So be aware there’s no contact phone number if something goes wrong; emails go into their spam folder which clearly isn’t monitored; advertised free express postage doesn’t happen; there’s an unclear up-sell at checkout; the refund process takes about 5 weeks; and if you leave something in your cart, the sinister reminder email tells you ‘we saw you lurking . . .’. I can’t comment on the quality of the serum and moisturiser as the whole experience and constant following up has soured me against anything they sell. Never again. 20 Jan UPDATE: The owner of the business has reached out with a genuine apology and an undertaking to look into the various matters internally. 30 Jan UPDATE: Unbelievably, Aus Post have returned the parcel to me as it was not picked up by MUD despite their assurance to the contrary.

I’m 68 and wowed by this sea buckthorn serum. I get compliments regularly on how fresh faced I’m looking. I definitely won’t go back to anything else. I love that the ingredients are completely natural and cruelty free.
It absorbs well and leaves my skin soft and glowy. My SPF and any makeup go on top without any problems.
Try it you won’t regret it!

I love this oil already. Not long since received. I love relaxing and putting the oil on my face and neck area. The texture is lovely and glides on your skin. The effects of the the oil on your skin makes you glow and your skin just soakes up the oil. Will be using this all the time now! Thank you.

I had surgery for a small mole on face and the scar has been hugely diminished by Mud Organics Oil. It is a marvel!
Also I have very dry skin on forehead and it really soothes that and makes it not dry at all.
I have used now x 4 small bottles and absolutely love it.

I've been using this for a year now and have become addicted! I am of an age where my skin is thirsty and showing clear signs of time. This serum feels wonderful. It soaks in leaving no greasy residue and my spf 50 moisturiser sits well on top of it. Highly
recommended. Wouldn't be without it.

I absolutely love the Sea Buckthorn serum from Mudorganics. It keeps my skin moisturized so much better than what I was previously using. My skin doesn’t look tired and drawn when I wake up or at the end of the day. I’m a teacher and really don’t use a lot of makeup in the summer. So when I went back to school, I was a little nervous about how my makeup would work with the serum. I shouldn’t have worried at all. My skin looks so smooth and supple and I’ve received compliments on how pretty my skin looks. I’m hooked!! This serum is a must have☺️

Second time buying and went for the larger 100ml bottle. Really like the texture and scent of this oil. Skin feels hydrated without being oily.

One of the best serums I've tried in recent years. Perfect texture for a moment of self-care ritual, massaging into skin and even gua sha. My skin instantly feels and looks nourished. Purchasing was easy, the delivery fast and with no complications with anything. So far, so good.

I must admit I've bought a few skincare products over the years advertised to me in my social media feed, but the serum from Mud Organics is the first one I have gone back to and bought more than once!

I call this my "liquid gold"! I have recommended this to so many of my friends and family. The reviews are true. I put this on before bed and wake up with supple soft skin and my skin tone is evened out. My mum actually introduced me to it and I will not use anything else now to moisturise my skin. Plus, the packaging it comes in is very swish.

I am SO happy with this oil! My skin is healthier, softer and looks fresher. I have a small scar on my face - the scar has slowly reduced and is no longer prominent- all due to using MUD! I will continue using MUD and highly recommend it

Love Mudorganics face oil! Ordered the small size to start with and now half way through a 100ml bottle. I use it everyday and my friends say they can see a difference!! So they are all using now!

Beautiful serum. Goes on really smooth & hydrating. Love the feel of it. The packaging is a little much, they should do simpler packaging to reduce the price. But product 5 stars
