Well what a difference! We had been looking for some time for a replacement for my old Mercedes Estate ( 238k mikes ) and wanted a smaller car that we would both be happy driving. We visited several main car dealers in York with varying degrees of customer service/ interest offered as we looked at what was on offer. By online surfing of the range of cars that might suit we came across a used Toyota Yaris Cross petrol hybrid at CH Render Flaxton. We went to look and from the start the differnce in customer offering was apparent. Friendly, honest, interested in us as a customer and no BS ! Daniel and Linda both genuine Yorkshire folk - so no corporate suiting or patter just straightforward talking. Result connection made and the car we wanted! Highly recommended.

We bought a car from here just over a year ago, the service was amazing… as was the car. Sadly, someone drove into the side of it and it was written off…
The up side, CH Render had another car at the right price that is perfect for us.
So, another trip from Northumberland to York by train, picked up and driven to the garage, warm welcome waiting, a cup of tea, a catch up and then I drove home in our new car.
When the time comes for our next car, we will be looking here and hoping we’re lucky enough to get another great car from them!

I dealt with Linda and collected the car from Daniel. Linda had a wealth of knowledge on all the stock available and gave me at least 3 very viable options. A very pleasant lady to deal with. Daniel was very friendly, despite clearly being needed with other customers at least twice, he didn't rush with me and was very friendly and polite. A very easy garage to buy a car from. I will be back!

If you’re looking for a new vehicle then check out C H Render, they are most definitely worth a visit. I’m glad I did !
The website is easy to navigate if you want to browse their stock and the garage forecourt is full of beautiful 4x4’s.
Daniel is a nice guy, honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. However, the star of the show is Linda who helped me through the whole car buying process with ease. Nothing was too much trouble for her and my hand over with her was fantastic.
Overall, from booking a test drive to receiving the keys couldn’t have been any more pleasant ! Love my Ranger Wildtrak.
