Helmet is too small for my husband even after measuring him based in their website sizing guide. I’ve emailed chophelmets@ gmail.com and support@ chophelmets.com to set up a refund but I haven’t gotten any responses. It’s been well over a week. I feel scammed. Also there is now clear way to send back the helmet. They claim they have a refund policy on their website but when you click on the policy on the site, there is no clear answer on how to do a refund besides reach out via email. It’s frustrating.

Crap company, very cheaply made helmet, didn’t fit comfortably at all. Tried multiple times to initiate a return with no response on email or instagram. DO NOT BUY from Chop Helmets

It's been 20 days and don't know where my helmet is. Hopefully I get my purchased helmet. I guess it take 30-40 days to receive the product. Should have ordered this in the winter since it's probably gonna take 2 months to get to me. Can't judge the helmet yet. Rating this purely on delivery process.

Awful product and is just dangerous. It is cheap plastic.
Didn’t come in a box so is more that likely damaged. Contact on Facebook and email with no response.

Feels and fits well. Hopefully with the paint I’m adding it will be awesome.

I was disappointed with this purchase (retro half helmet -white). After receiving the helmet, I found what appears to be the exact same model on AliExpress for significantly less money. Because of that, it gives the impression that this product is simply being dropshipped and marked up.

The helmet itself feels very cheaply made. The shell and trim use thin synthetic materials, and the interior padding is low quality. After sweating while riding, the padding holds moisture instead of drying quickly, making it uncomfortable on longer rides.

For the price, I expected a much higher-quality helmet. Based on my experience, I don’t think the product justifies the cost when what appears to be the same helmet is available elsewhere for much less.
